He is the most uncaring, incompetent physician I’ve ever seen. My mom almost died because she listened to him. Stay away from this quack and find a Doctor who actually cares.

If you want a relationship with a physician who will do more than order labwork or ultrasounds and leave general and vague comments on your mychart with results, but treat you like an inconvenience when you ask questions or would like to have a conversation regarding your diagnosis...then this guy certainly isn't for you. The "bed side manner" or desire to build rapport with his patients in absolutely non-existent. I like Dr. Scott and would like to continue going to him, but his office makes billing mistakes often, and it is such a hassle to get them corrected. I don't have any health issues, so I only go in for my annual physical exam - in the last 4 years, they billed me incorrectly twice. So 50% of my bills have been wrong. It took me a long time to straighten them out. I am staying with the office for now, but if this happens again, I will probably switch. I’ve been going to Dr. Scott for 30+ years, I think it’s time for him to retire, as he DOESN’T listen to his patients or their concerns. Incompetent at best! I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option!

Dr. Scott is not simply an excellent physician, he is compassionate and understanding. He listens not just with his ears but with his heart. Truly outstanding.

Have been going to Dr. Scott for 30 years. He’s the best. Even when I moved 25 minutes away, I kept him as my PCP. Recently, one of their associates went out of her way to research a regular prescription I take and she saved me hundreds of dollars on my refills. Can’t say enough how much I appreciated that. Class operation out there.

This is not about a visit, it is about the poor service provided by Dr Scott and/or his staff. It seems that every requirement requested by Medicare (prescriptions, notes, clarifications) can not be provided. The office staff keeps you on hold and can't submit the required paperwork. After 6 phone calls each with 30 minute or more hold time, and repeating the same information several times.... only to do nothing. Poorest excuse for health care in Kentucky!

Dr.Scott is one of the most caring physicians i have ever met. This is very rare to find these days. The staff is also great.
