Everyone was great ???? from Dr.Sladicka to the The Therapist and the people who worked in the office !!!

Dr Sladicka and staff were very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered in a thoughtful and and concise way. Pleasant experience during a difficult time.

Dr. Sladika is a great Dr, surgeon and friend. His complete staff is amazing and totally professional. Every office should have this type of atmosphere and a staff that performs so well together. Five stars is not enough to rate them, it should be more like ten stars.

I’m new to the area, wasn’t sure what to expect. I was Extremely pleased with the entire staff I would highly recommend them

Dr. Sladicka provided excellent care for both of my children. He has a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Sladicka is a wonderful doctor and surgeon. He shows kindness and truly listens to what problems you may be having. He is very meticulous and precise with his diagnosis and treatment plans. Dr. Sladicka is an excellent doctor. They worked me in the day after my injury and were able to do a procedure that helped avoid surgery. I am so thankful for his good care and the good care of his team.

My husband had a rotator cuff surgery did amazing job. Great staff. Highly recommend

Dr Sladicka is the best orthopedic surgeon I have ever been to. He has wonderful bedside manner. He is a great listener and actually has a great personality. He has done knee and shoulder surgery on me and treated a broken bone. I would highly recommend him and actually have recommended him to many people.

Totally bungled hip surgery leading us to search for a real specialist at NOVANT IN CHARLOTTE, AT WHICH TIME A TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT WAS NECESSARY! There was NO blood flow in hip by dr steve sladicka. Would never refer him to anyone.

Dr. Sladicka maybe a nice person, but the first visit to him about my knee issue, he didn't help me much less than 30 days after my visit for my knee it hurts just as bad as before and is twice the size it should be,hopefully after the second visit there is some relief, if you visit him I hope he does better for you the first time than he did for me. Dr. Sladicka was assigned to me by the staff when my doctor who originally did my hip transplant was let go from their office. I have never seen him on visits only his PA. I got treated like a number and not a human from him. He was personally responsible for me not attaining a job because he refused to say that i was able to run up and down stairs in case of an emergency NOT jogging. He advised his PA to put down on my medical form that i could not run. He has no respect for his patients.
