Dr. Stephen Smith

This is a useless rating system. You allow people to leave ratings without names or any proof the people are actual patients. Half of these comments appear to be left by fools who've never visited this doctor's office. I think you need to do a better job of vetting raters.

To the idiot that submitted 10 poor reviews all about bedside manner...it doesn't help people like me who are trying to make decisions about healthcare. I think psychiatric care may be in order for you!

Doctor ....what kind of doctor missed public speaking class... can not talk to a patient how can you trust him diagnosis ...00 stars find a real doctor

I have not met him "in person" , but I see him virtually 1x maybe 2x per week, and his extolling of FACTS and Science , Not Politics rebranded as "the science" with his professionalism and down to earth statements of what works, I find him a very good person.

Dr. Smith is tremendous. He has a great bed-side manner and his diagnosis was quick and on the money. His team did a great job, too. I would highly recommend him.

Sadly, I've never met Dr Smith in two yrs under "his" care. The only person I've seen is Erin Santos PA, sit in the waiting room for 5 minutes and you hear more expletives than you would in a bar directed @ Ms. Santos & the comments are well deserved. She lacks empathy, is rude, she treats her patient as though we're parts on an assembly line, not human beings. One would think her patients have enough to worry about w/out having to deal w/ her attitude, she's in the wrong line of work.

Even when you have the first appointment of the morning - 9AM, Dr. Smith does not show up in the office until after 10 AM. So, if you have the first appointment of the morning you will be waiting over an hour. If you have a later appointment, good luck. I have waited up to 3 hours. He will also not let you call ahead to see how late he is running. If you are not waiting at the office he will take the others before you even if there appointment time was later.
