We were having a difficult time getting my daughter in somewhere for wisdom teeth removal when I came across Dr. Best. Our experience was amazing. The office staff was great and fit us in for a consultation very quickly. The nurses who assisted with surgery prep were so sweet and put my daughter at ease. I also appreciate that while they were in network with our insurance, they actually billed accordingly and were less expensive than other in network providers. The office is beautiful and clean and Dr. Best was very personable and explained everything and did a great job.

They don’t call him Dr. Best for nothing! He and his staff are the best I have ever experienced! I’d give them 7 stars! It’s good to know that there is still some competence and kindness to be found in this old world ????

Dr. Best and the people in the office are top notch professionals. They are kind and caring. My first time to see an Oral Surgeon and it was a great experience. I would recommend him highly and have already referred him to several people. It's so hard to find people you trust but you can feel good about going to this office. I would like to say thank you to the staff that worked with me, even though I couldn’t get the procedure done. Dana, Nikki, & Dr. Best, thank you. Dana especially, my anxiety was out of control, absolutely horrendous for me, but everyone was so nice in doing the best they could to comfort me and make me feel safe. I would have rated 5 stars, but there was one thing I disagreed with pre-procedure protocols, but that isn’t necessary to talk about, it has nothing to do with the amazing people that work at this wonderful facility, I would recommend anyone to go to them. I’m sorry I couldn’t get it done, but I am thankful for the kind, and generous support that you all were to me!

They are absolutely amazing! The decor is beautiful. The people are so nice! They kept checking in on me. They asked what kind of music I would like to listen to while I got my teeth pulled. The bathroom was very nice to. Over all fantastic experience!

Dr Best and his team really took care of my husband for his surgery. The entire staff was kind and understanding. They worked with my husband through some anxiety he had about certain medical procedures or aspects of the surgery and they were so accommodating when we couldn't find a sitter and had to bring our infant to the office. A special thanks goes to the ladies at the front desk for making us feel welcome while we waited in the lobby during the procedure. My husband was very appreciative of the lady who placed his IV because she did a great job and he has had a fairly easy time post op due to Dr Best's excellent surgical work. Thank you from all of us!

I was very impressed by the genuine care of the staff and Dr. Best. Everyone was amazing and treated me very well. This was my first surgery ever for anything and I can tell you that it was the BEST experience I could want. I would definitely be referring Dr. Best to anyone I know that will need oral surgery. It was a smooth surgery and I had no problems with anything. From setting up the appointment to the day of the surgery, everything went great. Dr. Best and his staff were kind enough to see me as a result of surgical issues and complications from another surgeon. The entire staff are the most compassionate, caring, thorough oral surgeon staff I have been treated by. In hindsight, I would have given all I possess to have had him do my extraction rather than who I chose, which turned into the worst medical experience in my life. I got my wisdom teeth out here on Friday and honestly it is no where near as bad as I thought it would be. I have TMJ and was really nervous about my jaw being dislocated or something of the sort while under anesthesia but so far so good and while some soreness is to be expected it is definitely not painful and my swelling is really minimal. I had a question today and even though it is Saturday, Dr.Best still got back to me and answered my questions. The nurses were all so nice and helped me relax, I believe one in particulars name was Sarah, and she was THE BEST! I was treated really well here and would definitely recommend. My review is based solely on our consult. First off, Paula, at the front desk is the most helpful, sweet admin ever! She had to schedule and re-schedule our appointments because Dr Best had an emergency, and she never complained or seemed bothered. Didn't enjoy talking with the medical assistant. She spoke down to us and said that I "insinuated" something while I was clarifying information. Really? We did enjoy Dr. Best, as he seems smart and explains procedures well. My daughter had 6 extractions on 8-24. We were treated very well. All questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Best called in the evening to check on her which very few drs do these days. Coming from a mother and nurse that means ALOT. She has an extremely low pain tolerance and she has had minimal pain and swelling since the surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Best and his team. I love this place! Dr. Best and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. No long wait time. I had a tooth pulled and didn't feel a thing. The procedure was quick. They explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. Definitely would recommend !!!????

This is the best oral surgeon I’ve ever been to. The office is beautiful and well kept. They don’t let you leave this place without understanding everything that’s going to happen to you. I had the absolute best experience today at Dr.Best’s office. The office is state of the art and beautiful. Very clean and calm. The staff from the front to the back are very kind! Dr. Best did an amazing job. He made sure to answer any questions I had and he made me feel important. I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. I was completely numb. He was so gentle with me! My consultation an extraction of my wisdom teeth went very well. I had nothing but the best experience from day one. Dr. Best and his staff are very nice and welcoming. I felt at ease and knowledgeable about my procedure. I just had my procedure today and everything went well. I highly recommend his office. Thank you Dr. Best!

The front desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable; wasn't kept waiting at any point (except for waiting for numbing to "take"); procedure was thoroughly explained; procedure was simple, quick and pain free; aftercare was carefully explained and a comprehensive written guide was provided. In other words, everything in Dr Bests office was done correctly, efficiently and cheerfully.....will return for future procedures if needed...

I am 60 years old and needed my wisdom teeth extracted. I was so nervous about having them extracted since I am not a candidate for being able to be put under for the procedure. I found Dr Best through referrals from my husband's coworkers. I am so glad I did. He took his time with me and explained everything thoroughly. The extraction went smoothly and was over before I realized he had begun, and that was with only local anesthesia. Dr Best is so good. I felt relaxed because I knew I was in experienced, caring hands.

Northwest was amazing from the start! They worked with me on several things. I had a referral to a different office, but they took it anyway, which was great! Then, I didn’t have insurance and was paying with Care Credit. They work with Care Credit, so that was sooo nice! The whole staff was so nice, friendly and made you feel at ease. They talk you through the whole process! Dr. Best was very professional, friendly and explained everything he was going to do before doing it. I had my consultation on a Wednesday (January 22) and my surgery that same week, Friday (January 24). I went in at 11:30am and was out by 12:50pm or so. They sent me home with everything I needed to take care of myself and sent my prescriptions to my preferred pharmacy in a very timely manner! They are sooo amazing to work with! The staff are very nice,and make you feel comfortable. The Surgeon, Dr. Best, was very informative,and if you dont understand something just ask, he was very happy to explain, always let's you know what he is going to do before he does it, he asks you to make sure you don't play a hero ,and that if you feel anything he will do everything he can to make sure you stay comfortable. After the surgery was over he than will explain what to expect, and if you have any worries to make sure you call him immediately. I couldn't be put to sleep do to illness, so needless to say I should have been very scared, but he ,and his staff made me feel comfortable, and not rushed. Hands down the best ever!!!!!! My wisdom teeth were extracted today and I'm feeling no pain, barely any bleeding, was tempted to eat a chicken leg I felt so good! Lol On a more serious note , Dr. Best and staff were great. I came in nervous and they immediately gave me good vibes and encouraging words along the way! I had to have a wisdom tooth removed as well as a biopsy on my cheek. Dr Best and his staff were excellent from start to finish! I felt zero discomfort at all throughout the entire procedure and that includes the numbing! I dreaded doing this the entire week prior but it was hands down one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! I had to have some fillings done last month and that was far more uncomfortable than this! Even after the numbing medication wore off and the next day I was absolutely pain free. I only took a few Advil the first day just in case. Dr Best explains everything to you and is very gentle. His assistants are very kind and attentive. The office is beautifully decorated and comfortable and I got to chose my music to listen to during the procedure which was pretty cool. Dr. Best called me personally that evening to make sure I was feeling ok and to let me know he was available if I had any issues over the weekend. From the beginning all the way to the end my experience was awesome... The staff is very pleasant and eager to make a not so fun experience, as pleasant as they possibly can. I loved that they asked me my favorite music to soothe me while in the room....I mean music does soothe the soul...they offered and brought me a blanket upon noticing I was chilly.... all the way around Dr. Best and his staff are awesome.... I have had a bad oral surgeon experience in the past, so my nerves were a bit on edge going into this....
