Great Doctor and Lyme Disease Specialist, he is the best around and is the most knowledgeable in dealing with Chronic Lyme.

Horrible experience after thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars I found no help. He was so mean and nasty to me from the moment I met him. He doesn’t explain anything and he charges you $500 every time you have a question $650 every time you do an ozone treatment. I had taken some line tests that I couldn’t even send out of my state I had to go to a different state to mail them and they came back showing I had three strands of a tickborne illness I got into yell infectious disease the next week and they retested me and said I had nothing and that these tests were questionable. I brought him 800 pages of my medical report and asked for them back he said I couldn’t but it’s $.75 a copy they would be happy to give them to me I told them you guys are all about money and their responses nothing is free.

My wife and I met with Dr. Bock in person on 2/24/20 for addressing my wife's lyme condition in Santa Monica. The charge was $1200 for roughly an hour. He was supposed to have looked over all the labs and paperwork on his flight from NY to LA, but that had not happened. He was uncaring, curt, provided no help, but said he would follow up in 3 days when he got back to NY with direction. On March 3rd days after his promise, we had a phone consult for another $300 and it was unhelpful. His office sent a supplement but she couldn't take it because there were ingredients she couldn't take. I eventually sent it back to their NY office and had to call them and ask for credit for the roughly $75 supplement since I had not heard from them. The item was not going to expire for another 6 months, but the lady said it was beyond their return policy, but she would check with the office manager. I never heard back from her. It appears it's not helping people but all about the money for this practice.

Very disappointing. He’s a quack. Did not help my Lyme disease. Spent about $9,000 seeing him and got nothing out of it. He charges $500 for a 12 minute phone call where all he does is get updates on your condition without treating you. I had an infection from iv antibiotics that nearly landed me in the grave because of his irresponsible prescribing. Front office staff is terrible, they are lazy & rude. Anything i have ever asked them they are unable to help with. They dump every responsibility on the nurse. I have yet to see a more dysfunctional dynamic in a professional setting. . Any time i had test results they would come in from the lab then take Dr.Bock about 2 weeks to get them to me. Never had this problem at any other dr’s office, and I’ve been to many... This man saved my daughter’s life. I dread the day he ever retires. I owe him everything. Protocol took some tweaking, but my daughter’s health made a complete 180 in a year. She was homebound and ready to be hospitalized when we started seeing him. Now, she’s driving, got herself a job and is thriving. I only wish we had seen him sooner. Thank you Dr. Bock. I was igenex cdc and nys positive .I saw him for a year and a half .A 10-20 minute phone call will run you a few hundred dollars. And a 10 minute office visit for him to poke your belly and check your balance and keep you on antibiotics... which have no clinical backing proving long term has any affect will run you a few hundred as well... and he would like to see you every 3 weeks. And if you would like to have your files sent to another office they charge you for that as well .Not a check in to see how I’m doing or anything. Even my dog gets a letter from the vets... you suspect chronic illness of any sort I would recommend dr Rawls book unlocking Lyme. Its so much more than just “Lyme” It’s available on audiobook as well for those of you with memory rention issues . I still have a hard time reading and retaining. As it seems to make way more sense to me and I’ve notice more improvement in a month supporting my body with herbal therapies and an outlined diet than I did in a year sticking myself with antibiotics 2 x a day with a picc line. Gave us hope to heal our daughter when all other doctors shrugged. She has i.proved and continues use to make progress. Thank you Dr. Bock

i like Dr. Bock and saw him for lyme. i however felt that he does not communicate well with a patient as to why he is proposing certain treatments or supplements. I also found that the staff was not good at relaying messages back to Dr. Bock and i would have to ask multiple times when i had a question. He mostly used naturopathic means of getting well and not antibiotics - if that is your preference he is good to see. i was not getting well so i switched to a dr that uses abx and naturopathic

I got no improvements in my treatment but paid thousands for the treatment and tests by thirds parties. Very disappointed. Overall impression was that the money is much greater concern for the doctor than your health. He would not talk to you unless you pay $20/minute - demand/supply law I guess. This man saved my husband's life when he had Lyme disease. A wonderful doctor.

I was diagnosed by him and his brother some 24 years ago with Lyme disease. I did not have the bullet rash (20% don't). They recognized my symptoms, sent lab work to CDC and put me on heavy antibiotics (a must) along with a holistic regime of naturopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture and a diet of food that supports and does not stress the immune system. I have only just become a patient of Dr. Steven Bock for the treatment of Lyme DIsease. Dr. Bock is very knowledgeable, kind, attentative and compassionate. He takes the time to really listen, to explain, and is very responsive to all questions! His staff are very friendly, efficient, and organized as well! I feel I am in very good hands with Dr. Bock, as he is highly experienced with the complexities of Lyme DIsease and the co-infections that often accompany Lyme. I am looking forward to regaining my health and strengthening my immune system with comprehensive treatment that includes both antibiotic and natural protocols. I love that Dr. Bock is an integrative medical doctor that combines these disciplines in order to achieve optimal health! Although he has some knowledge base, his lack of concern for patients, the unconscionable fees, terrible staff, depressing office, and dismissive manner made for a terrible experience. Most of the time spent was him typing into his iPad, non verbal, short appointment. Cost was exorbitant with so little care. He seems to fall in the class of LLDs who is clearly motivated by money. Ultimately, very disappointing.

Dr. Bock takes adequate amount of time each visit to answer any and all questions. He's always looking for an answer. I appreciate the respect and empathy of all the staff. I'm not 100%, but I'm better than I was when I first started seeing him in June. A very personable office.

Dr. Bock was my pediatrician when he started his practice in Hensonville, New York.Have not seen him or his staff since he went to Rhinebeck, but the care never changes. He has saved my life as a child, when my Asthma was bad. He is knowledgeable, caring and a top notch Physician.

Dr. Steven Bock is an excellent doctor! His knowledge of Lyme Disease goes above and beyond any other MDI have ever encountered. He saved my life and I am truly grateful for his services. Lyme is a complex disease which needs a specialist in order to recover. In my opinion there is no other that understands, listens and actually addresses it with care and compassion. He takes an integrative approach if so desired which is sometimes frowned upon but very much a crucial part when treating.

After four years of treatment we never got any better. He has a doctors mill type practice with no real concern for his patients. Going to a new doctor now and finally getting results.
