I was sent to the ER from an urgent care facility for low heart rate, lightheartedness/faint feeling & body aches. The urgent care physician already sent her report & established that I had a thyroid issue (previously diagnosed by my endocrinologist). He completely ignored that fact & ignored my heart rate of 44bpm. He said I probably had a virus & told me to go home & rest. Instead of making something up, I would've felt more respected if he would've just said he didn't know what to do & got me someone who did know.
