A top doctor. Explains everything in easy to understand terms. Genuinely concerned for his patients

Waste of time and money. He totally confused me with someone else and didn't bother to review my file prior to my appointment.

Dr Ho is incompetent and does not listen to his patients. He is very rude and has no bedside manor. I would not recommend him.

He cut my appointment short since I had my appt. right after my husband. He didn't offer me any alternative ways to solve my problem and I'm still plagued with ear problems that I've had for over a year.

I really enjoy seeing Dr Ho! Always a pleasant experience from him and his staff!! My 4 year old seen Dr Ho to get his tonsils and adenoids removed! My 7year old used to see another ENT! Which wasn’t a great nor enjoyable experience! I liked Dr Ho so much that I switched my 7 year old to him! Both my boys enjoy going to see Dr Ho! (Not that going to the dr is enjoyable)! Dr. Ho is Fantastic at what he does and is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. Can be hard to find great surgeons who also have a good bedside manner so id say he’s a unicorn :) He did my tubes and is doing my daughters Tomorrow! His staff is excellent as well Highly Recommend

Dr Ho was very friendly, I believe he is incompetent in the treatment of ear complications. I was seen by him for almost two years for dizziness, fluid draining from my ear. As a registered nurse I asked him if he thought it was cerebrospinal fluid he laughed and said no. He drained the fluid and inserted a tube several. Thank God I insisted that he send the fluid to the lab. The report showed CSF fluid, he sent me a referral letter stating no surgeon in this area does that surgery and left a message on my phone by his nurses to see a surgeon immediately. I went to his office to speak with him, he refused to come out.! I almost lost my life and ended up with brain surgery and permanent damage. If he had done proper evaluation he would have know where the fluid was coming from. I pray that he will do better in his assessment of people who are treated by him.

The best ENT doctor we have ever gone to. Patient and explains things well. Makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of

His staff/secretary can be rather short and gruff, but I have not had any issues with Dr. Ho. He placed a tube in my ear. No problems.

One of the best doctor's I've ever had. He did an excellent surgery and I had issues related only to my complex history. He is very gentle...most surgeons can be rough. Highly intelligent and knowledgeable. Had to return recently for a weird problem and so glad I went to him! And despite what was said here he takes medicare and Medicaid. Dr. Ho was assigned to me for my severe nose bleed at Holmes Regional Med. Center. Dr. HO showed up 9 hours after I was admitted spent two minutes lookup up my nose and left. Dr. Ho is an insult to the medical industry. I believe he is totally incompetent in a serious nose bleed situation.

It seems DR Ho and his affiliates don't take Medicare insurance.

Very informative and helpful. The location of the office is a little challenging to find if you're not familiar with the area. The office building itself is nice, clean, and rather welcoming. It's easy to find where you're going and in general is an aright experience here.

I have been going to Dr. Ho for almost 2 years and am very satisfied with him and his staff! I had surgery for a deviated septum with a bone spur about a year and a half ago. Dr. Ho did the surgery and it went very well. I used to get sinus infections every couple of months and since the surgery I have only had 1 sinus infection. The surgery has changed my life for the better! I also get my allergy treatment done at Dr Ho's office. I do the allergy drops which I do at home. In my opinion it is much more convenient and effective than the shots! My wife also just had surgery with Dr. Ho and it went great! We recommend hi to everyone we know! He is very realistic about what to expect. He did surgery on my sinuses and deviated septum a month ago and it turned out even better than I thought it would! His office is also handling my allergy treatment which I just started and I couldn't be happier. Their office does the allergy drops (most offices do the shots only) which my husband started over a year ago and it has been much more effective than the shots he used to get. Worst drs office I ever went to we were 6 minutes late because the road we took had a sinkhole and we were detoured when we got there we filled out the paper work and when we handed it in the nasty lady at the desk said you’ll have to. One back Monday after you filled out the paper work your 15 minutes late we don’t see you now we left told her to shred our paper work called my insurance company and they will make note of it said we weren’t first to complain didn’t want to give any stars

I have been seeing Dr. Ho for a few years now and have found him to be great. He is really attentive and spends time to analyse ones issues before making recommendations. He does not try and push one into surgery when perhaps not needed. I however, did in fact have minor surgery on one of my ears and found the experience and result extremely positive. Bedside manner is wonderful. Very kind and puts you at ease

Worst staff I've ever encountered. Canceled without giving notice, I should fine the docs office since they are more than willing to fine you. Wasn't impressed with Dr ho either, but was willing to give him another chance. Better off finding another, trust me.

Dr Ho seems to be very friendly but provides little help with my issues. Twice I went for my appointment he left the office to check on something and never returned?? He has been no help for either of my issues.

It's awesome to have an appointment canceled on you without notice and a staff that gives two sh&ts about you. Find some other ENT.

Have nose bleeds, done probe, test of nasal CT scan) a-nothing found-went back for reults, wanted to speak of nasal drainage-I was told we deal with one thing at time, I pay 40 co pay-spent 120. and was told not treating for allergy mucus, was told -he could recommend a specialist and put my nose bleeds on hold, not good to pay all that and have to come back for something else-Dr , should as a ENT -put all this special knowledge they have and ck all, would not even ck ears, I not happy.
