Dr. Steven Matthew Hollenbeck

We are so pleased with the care received by Dr. Hollenbeck. Our daughter has been a patient for 6 years and it has been a great experience.

He is a respectful person, explains, guides and above all knows how to listen to concerns.

We had an amazing visit that was very informative and helpful with what is going on with our son.

Dr is great and staff is great. Couldn't be more grateful for them. They have taken wonderful care of my daughter

Dr. Hollenbeck has excellent bedside manner and is extremely thorough. He made my daughter feel at ease and spent a great deal of time with us answering all of our questions.

We feel extremely fortunate that Dr. Hollenbeck was our specialist for our daughter's hip dysplasia. The quality of care we received was second to none.

Negative: The clinic was busy and running behind schedule, we arrived for a 9am appt at 8:40am and were called back for ht/wt at 9:20 and then waited until about 10:15 for x-rays, then saw the doctor from about 1035-1045. Positive: Dr. Hollenbeck was good with my son and friendly and knowledgeable, he was highly recommended by an Orthopedic PA in the area that I know personally.

Friendly staff and Dr Hollenbeck is so nice. He took lots of time to explain our options and what would be the best treatment.

Dr. Hollenbeck took time to listen to my concerns and included me in the decisions on how best to proceed with bracing and possible surgeries. I feel like he valued my input. He also is very kind and patient with my child.

After waiting two hours we had to ask to reschedule!

We seen Dr. Hollenbeck’s PA and she was AMAZING! She spent time explaining and answering questions…not making us feel rushed even though we knew they we so busy!

Great office staff and easy to talk to and ask questions.

Staff and Dr. Hollenbeck were great with my son. No problems with anything!

Is The Best

The receptionist ( Lisa or Leasha) was hands down the rudest person I ever have had to talk to. They needed to reschedule an appointment we made a month in advance and she was way more concerned about herself than anything else. She said it's up to the clinic to decide. She was so rude to my wife that she refused to talk to her again.

Dr. Hollenbeck is the best! He is great with our teenage daughter and always takes the time to answer all of our questions. All of the staff at the KOC is amazing.

"Specialist" - this is the term they use to allow themselves to be over an hour late for ever appointment at this office. How are you over an hour late for an 8:30 appointment? They also use this designation to bill 2-3 times the same amount for an xray and cast as your pcp. Then try to schedule an appointment on your side of town only to have it changed back the the far northwest side of town. Great if you live in Maize but not so much if you live in East Wichita. Having the cast taken off by our PCP and I will them re xray the wrist.

He has worked on my daughter for the past 3 years since she originally broke both ankles. He truly has the best interest of his patients from start to finish. Very thorough and informative in a way we can understand as parents. GREAT with kids!! My daughter enjoys seeing him every time we go in & his staff! High recommend!!

I was very nervous for my appointments and surgery, but he always made me feel comfortable, and always has very positive vibes. After my surgery, he took time out of his surgery schedule to come check back on me and gilave me a hug. My recovery was faster than expected, and I don't even need physical therapy. Overall, he did an amazing job. I wouldn't want any other doctor to do my surgery!

Very disappointing experience. After not getting proper care I had to go to a different Doctor.
