Great visit

Dr Nack was very responsive and thorough. He made time for me even though his schedule was full so he could address my situation .

Dr. Nack takes care of me , my late husband, and now my daughter. Before my husband passed he made sure our daughter would go see him. Complete trust and confidence. He is knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and absolutely everything you would want and need a doctor to be. Highly recommend.

This individual was very curt and perfunctory with care. Training needs to be provided in proper bedside manner when dealing with patients from all backgrounds. It’s not enough to have medical knowledge, and a sanctimonious attitude.

Excellent practice for anything related to GI health!

Wait time was short. Staff was nice. Dr Nack really listened. I finally feel like someone will help me get to the bottom of my issue. I highly recommend seeing him.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Treating with Dr Nack for many years with excellent results. Always a pleasure to have my annual consultation with him.

I had an excellent visit with Dr. Nack . The staff were courteous and efficient. My appointment was on time & with no waiting. Dr. Nack and I had a detailed conversation about my condition that was both informative and reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Nack and Hillmont GI to anyone who needed this field of expertise.

The receptionist was happy to be there. Dr. The receptionist was happy to be there. Dr. Nack was apologising when he did not have to. There was no wait. He always answers my questions.

Reception called me by name upon arrival. Quick check in. 10 minute wait. Nurse always friendly and efficient. Doctor Nack came in quickly and was thorough. His bedside manner is better every time i come back. Good experience.

In today's medical environment it is nice to have a practice that has professionals that care about a patient. The personal care that I receive from Dr Nack and the staff is exemplary and could be used as a standard for the rest of the medical professionals. Appointments are on time , scheduling is easy and the people are great! I have been a patient of Dr Nack's for over 20 years and the level of care has always been consistently excellent!

Dr Nack has been treating me for over 20 years. His staff is always very helpful and courteous. I have a rare blood vessel disorder that very few doctors are aware of but Dr Nack is well versed in it and has provided me with excellent care.

Dr. Nack is an astute physician with an excellent bed-side manner. He is a person who actually connects with the people he sees, and is happy to redirect them to other places when it is a matter that he cannot handle. I give him 10 stars out of 5.

I felt my nerves settle once I stepped in the door. Staff at the front desk and the back were very kind and patient. Dr. Nack made me feel comfortable and confident that my next steps in my treatment plan were going to help change my life for the better. So thankful for this office and Dr. Nack!

Great appointment....all staff a pleasure to deal with. No waiting in the waiting room. Emma was lovely and efficient as always. Dr. Nack came right in, very thorough, easy to coverse with and I never feel rushed.

The staff were all very pleasant, polite, even during an unexpected brief fire drill (set off by construction workers). Dr. Nack was prompt, professional, engaged and we even had a strong personal connection re sports and travel. I appreciated his candid, firm input and advice. I look forward to speaking with him again soon.

i cannot find any segment of the service that was not excellent. my dealings with dr. nack were outstanding. the staff were friendly, helpful and proficient in their duties. no doubt, one of the better professional offices i have visited.

I have been with Dr Nack for 25 years. He is an excellent doctor whom I trust which is extremely important in this day and age. I feel that I am a patient with a name and not a number. Thank you for my personalized care.

Today was my follow up. Dr Nack was on time. He answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He also went above to look into additional concerns and is calling me next week. I am very happy he is my GI dr.

Very satisfactory. Staff is friendly and efficient. I was seen at the scheduled time. Doctor Nack is thorough and answered all my questions.

Yearly checkup for gastric reflux. Typical general checkup. Weight, blood pressure, pulse by nurse. Dr Nack came in shortly thereafter, checked breathing and belly. Talked of most recent colonscopy age recommendation from cancer society.

Follow up, working towards decreasing meds. Asked questions about time taking meds and alternative creams and oils. Dr. Nack was receptive and took the time to look up the information and any possible interactions Great visit, as usual. All staff members are helpful and kind.

Here for Remicade infusion and appointment w Dr Nack . Experience as always is of the highest level of professional services. I Have patient for over 20 years , Dr Nack is the finest physician i have ever been associated with, his level of care and compassion is exceptional.

My appointment was scheduled for 11 and i was seen within minutes. Dr. Nack was very thorough and Offered a lot of information.

Nice facility, wait time was good, friendly staff and easy to schedule my next appointment. This was just a routine checkup and Dr Nack spent time talking to me and he made me feel like he cared about me. There was no rush to get to the next patient. Overall an excellent experience.

Everyone is friendly. Reasonable wait time. Dr. Nack spent time listening and explaining everything and make suggestion and recommendation for future care plan. I had a positive experience with this clinic.

This individual has as much tact as a sledgehammer. He was very rude and made assumptions that the patient is a vegetarian just based on the patient’s outward appearance. Having an MD degree is not enough to be a physician. In the U.S. there are many ethnic groups with educated members who deserve to be treated with respect and proper bedside manners. It’s appalling that individuals like this still have licenses to practice. Lying about taking a biopsy is unethical. Beware of asinine entities.

I feel confident in Dr. Nack and trust that my condition is being properly monitored. I'm also very grateful that Dr. Nack saved my husband's life by finding a cancerous polyp that could have metastasized.

I've been coming to Dr. Nack's office for a number of years now and have always been greeted by a great team of people. I find everyone from Dr. Nack , nurses and office staff to be " extremely professional and caring ". I know each and everyone of them truly care about the patients' best approach to good health.

What can I say about Doctor Nack? Great doctor with a good sense of humor also. Have been seeing him off and on over 20 years when the need has arisen.

Dr. Nack was very professional and had a very nice bedside manner, he was very informative. Office staff and Physician Assistant all very nice and professional.

Dr. Nack has followed through with my pain isues until he found a way to help me - after suffering with other doctors almost 12 years! He fully explains procedures, medications, etc. And he has a great sense of humor! He gives each patient as much time as is needed. My husband & I adore him!
