Great doctor that really cares about his patients with great bedside manner. He's very knowledgeable about medications as well as alternative treatments.

I have been a patient of Dr Shamo since he arrived in Delta, UT. It didnt take long before my entire family was seeing him. The biggest problem is, unless you have an appointment with him, your chances of getting in to see him are slim to none. You will most likely be stirred to one of the nurse practitioners or new partners in the practice. Everyone loves Dr Shamo, he is very competent and intelligent. He diagnosed my daughter with a rare but non-serious virus. Even when the tests showed it was VERY serious. He remembered a particular instructor at med school who taught them about a certain lab result, so he had the lab run a particular test and sure enough! Though rare, not serious! If we could ONLY clone him, I would be thrilled and Im sure most everyone in the entire area would be also!! I have been a patient of Dr Shamo since he arrived in Delta, UT.
