Very knowledgeable, informative and courteous. Took the time to explain and answered all my questions ???? I really enjoyed the friendly and comfortable atmosphere within the office.

I got an appointment quickly. Appointment began on time. Dr.Vallance took a look at me and took care of my problem in a matter of minutes. I’m very satisfied with the care I got from Dr.Vallance.

Surgery makes me nervous, so I did a lot of research before selecting a surgeon. Dr. Valance and his staff did an amazing job. I’ve had such little pain after my hernia surgery, that I have to keep reminding myself to take it easy.

I am always anxious when i go to the dr. Everyone was so nice and they made my anxiety go away really quick. Dr. Vallance was very kind and explained everything he was doing and what he feels is going on with me. I am very pleased with the service i received and i would recommend Dr. Vallance to all of my family and friends

Dr Vallance is exceptional, not only a skilled surgeon, but also unhurriedly talks To patient, thoroughly explaining procedure.

Dr. Vallance and his office staff were efficient, professional and courteous as always. Dr. Vallance always gives ample time to listen and respond to any concerns or questions. I really appreciate the sign in his waiting area to the effect that I, the patient, will get the time it takes to properly attend to my visit, even if I might have to wait for it. That's exactly how I would like things to go.

Dr. Vallance is very attuned to his patients' needs and concerns and will spend whatever time is necessary to ensure that the patient and family completely understand the situation and that all their questions are answered.

Have never had such a rude phone call from any doctor's staff: "I've been trying to call you all afternoon. Is there something wrong with your phone? Your cell voice mail has not been set up & other cell # voice mail full." Typing this doesn't let you hear the nastiness in her voice. My phone settings are none of her business! Well, sorry, we haven't been home. Was not aware I/we were on call to receive your call. Won't post name of staff out of respect for her. Do wish she could show some to patients. Very pleased with Dr. Vallance and his staff. He is professional and at the same time reassuring. I felt very comfortable being in his care. Office staff are friendly and welcoming.

I have been a Dr. Vallance patient for many years. He is an excellent surgeon and has preformed several procedures on me, all with an excellent outcome. One of the things that I most admire about him is that the time he has with you is informative and to the point. He really seems to care about you. He doesn't come in with staring at his tablet. He actually looks at you and listens to you. In this day and age, it is difficult to find a physician that doesn't seem to busy to really address your needs, and yet he does this all in a timely manner.His staff is very friendly and efficient. I found Dr. Vallance to be a very knowledgeable and experienced surgeon with excellent communication skills. He took the time to explain the different options available and discussed each one with me. Would certainly use Dr. Vallance again and can recommend him without hesitation.

I went to dr valance for the removal of a cyst on the back of my ear. Ended up it was a keloid. Now three months later still have.pain when anything touches it. I have lots of surgeries including other keloids. Not happy.

Wonderful experience... pre-consult, surgery, post follow up! All were good experience. Dr. Valence is personable, thorough, knowledgeable & skilled. I highly recommend anyone needing hernia repair to consult Dr. Valence at Capital Surgical, Frankfort KY.

Had gall bladder removed and he did an amazing job. Habe very little scars, barely see them. This was my first surgery and he and the people at the surgery center made me feel comfortable. He well informed me on the pre, during, and post surgery details.

I would recommend Dr. Vallance to anyone. He is a thorough, professional and kind surgeon who truly cares about his patients. I have had two surgeries with him. Both surgeries went great.

I have been witness to Dr. Vallance's excellent surgical skill in the past, and his above average ability to relate with others. I can say that in all these many years, he still delivers the same high quality care. He is very respectful and caring towards his patients, He is helpful, straightforward, and good at explaining what might be expected. He has a high standard for the treatment of his patients and follows through to ensure it gets carried out. He is an excellent doctor.

I had an appointment with Dr. Vallance the same day I called to get an appointment. The issue that I went for ended up needing minor surgery that was done right there in the office, Which impressed me that I would not have to go somewhere else. Dr. Vallance and his staff were great, He took the time to explained to me every step that would be taken. What I would need to do for the after care. He told me if I had any problems to come back and they would do it if I was having any problems.

I have provided anesthesia for Dr Vallance's patients over the past 14 years...and I chose him as my surgeon. He has performed one surgery and several endoscopies on and for me. I feel confident he treats each patient as someone deserving of the best care available! He is a very competent surgeon/physician.

My appointment with Dr Vallance and his staff was a very good one. Did not wait long, staff was very pleasant and Dr Vallance was very informative. Explained everything he was going to do during my surgery. I am new this area, so I had absolutely no idea who to go to. A friend of mine works at Frankfort hospital and recommended him to me. Very pleased with the whole experience!

I have had multiple procedures done by Dr. Vallance over the years: gallbladder removal, breast biopsies, breast cyst aspirations, colonoscopies, and gastroscopies. I have never had a bad experience or bad side effects from any of his procedures. He has always been professional, informative, responsive to questions, and he shows me respect. I recommend Dr. Vallance very highly.

dr Vallance made the sole decision on june 3rd 2007.After storms knocked the Catscan out of service june 2nd .Nothing to show him my problem.I wouldnt be here today if waited.He saved my life.Since 2007 he has gone into stomach 3 times.Dr Vallance is what j call old school.He sits down gives you the risk.A chance he may have to go back in a 4 time this summer .He checks on you daily.His post care is great.Frankfort will lose a great doctor when he Retires and i will be devastated.HeCARES!!...DH

He was nice at first and I thought I'd really like him then after my surgery I had complications and he had several test run which I appreciate and there was no other underlying issue and told me he has no idea what's wrong and that I shouldn't be feeling this way and shouldnt still be in pain etc. basically being condescending and making me feel like he was accusing me of lying about my symptoms. It was all very upsetting since I had such a bad experience with the hospital staff as well.

I first met Dr. Vallance in the ER. I was in severe pain in my lower abdomen. After having a ct scan he was notified of results and came into cubicle to talk with me. His easy going manner and sincerity of my condition helped me calm down considerably. He informed my wife and me that surgery would be necessary and plans were started immediately for him and his team to operate. I can most honestly say that I could not have been in better hands anywhere. He and his team are A # 1 with me. Thanks.
