Dr. Walters ws great. He alieveiated the pain in my foot and set me on a path to recovery.

I was originally optimistic after my initial appointment with Dr. Walters as he promised to be a partner in figuring out a complex situation with my feet. But after his simple solution didn't work, I found his level of service and care minimal and inadequate. In addition, he communicated that our subsequent appointments to fine tune my orthotics would be included in his original price, but in the end he billed me multiple times. Trusting your healthcare provider is important. I'm giving him one star for the above as well as his lack of integrity. Dr. Walters is highly skilled at surgery, post-op care and follow-up. Excellent support staff in the office. He and his staff have my full confidence.

Responsible for successful and sustainable cardio vascular stenting---he directed me to Dr. Frank Zidar who corrected my arterial blockage in 2016. Dr. Walters is a pretty good podiatrist as well with a pleasant and easy going personality---wish I could say the same about my medical doctors.

Dr. Walters deserves a 10-star rating. After having had a failed ankle surgery and a bone infection, he did another surgery that finally allowed my ankle to completely heal. I have full use of my ankle, no limp and no pain. It did take a year before I was able to walk without a limp. Considering the extent and severity of break, in my opinion, he literally performed a miracle. He takes time to assess and discuss treatment. He explains things in a language that laymen can understand. He never rushes out of the treatment room. He has a friendly personality and a way of making me feel comfortable. I would never hesitate to see him again for any of my podiatric needs. You'll be in the capable hands of an excellent caregiver.

I have seen Dr. Walters for several years for a variety of foot and toe issues. He is excellent.

A friend recommended Dr. Walters, I am very pleased I listened to her! I will recommend him to others as well without hesitation. I have appreciated his kindness and patience, thoroughness and expertise throughout the last year in resolving my foot issues. Always positive experiences with entire office staff!

Dr. Walters resolved my plantar fasciitis without surgery by treating it with the shockwave therapy his practices offers. Dr. Walters provided good information before and during the treatments - he is a pretty cool guy and very easy to talk with. I highly recommend the practice and shockwave therapy if it is a viable option based on the diagnosis. Before I saw the doctor they took X-rays which showed bunion and deformed bone structure. I told the doctor that I had severe pain under my foot. Dr. indicated that this was severe bunion condition that should have been handled long ago. As I had no pain until now I had not had interest in an operation for cosmetic purposes. He did not look closely at my foot and gave me pads to put between my toes and gave me the impression it was too late. Two weeks later an accupuncturist diagnosed it as a corn under my foot. Sold me a plaster for $5 and 2 weeks later pain was gone. Cannot recommend this doctor!!!

I've been looking forward to a Christmas ski trip with my family for a long time. Only 3 weeks before the trip, my big toe puffed up and was super sore from an ingrown toenail. I've never had this before but knew it would keep me off the slopes without prompt action. I explained this to Dr. Walters' staff when I called only an hour before their Friday closing time. They worked me in immediately as their last patient of the week and I drove right over to their offices. After careful examination, Dr. Walters explained how he could deaden the area and significantly cut out about a fourth of that toenail and fix the damaged area. He was willing to perform this procedure on that initial visit and it's worked out great. During the procedure, he inquired about my own work and kept me totally relaxed. Afterwards, Dr. Walters and his RN patiently explained the post-op care instructions which I've easily followed. I had been suffering with a problem with my foot for some time. Earlier in the year, it finally got bad enough that I felt I needed to see a doctor. I’ve had multiple orthopedic surgeries from injuries to my knees over the years, including ACL. So, I’m very familiar with having surgery, rehab, and recovery. This time I felt I needed a podiatrist to help me with my foot. After a lot of research, I made an appointment to see Dr. Walters, because of his credentials and professional reputation. Dr. Walters is extremely personable and professional, and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to learn about my current condition and my goals. He could not believe that I’d been suffering from my injury for so long, without seeking medical attention. Turns out, I had a dislocated toe and a torn tendon. He educated me on the options and complexities of the surgery. Then, together, we made my action plan. I never felt rushed. He listened and answered all my questions. I ended up having a fairly complicated surgery that required screws, and incisions on the top and bottom of my foot. I am a few months post-op and couldn't be happier. The results are outstanding. I can’t believe I waited so long now either. Everyone from the physician, his assistant, Veronique, and the front desk, to the medical billing has made me feel at ease with my health, scheduling, and billing. I particularly appreciate that Dr. Walters was always prompt and respectful of my time; never having to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, the office is centrally located with easy parking. Veronique - BLESS HER HEART! I must have called her a dozen times asking pre-op and post-op questions. She is always friendly and knowledgeable. Veronique is a blessing with the patience of a saint, putting up with my shenanigans. Dr. Walters is an excellent surgeon. He always listened and explained the procedures thoroughly and patiently. I trusted Dr. Walters with my surgery, and very highly recommend him to everyone.
