Dr. Suhail A Masudi

I have been managing life without adrenal glands for over 25 years. When I relocated and had to find a new endocrinologist, I starting seeing Dr. Masudi about a year ago. I knew I was in the right place. He is an Endocrine genius. My case is very complex and it's not easy to find an endocrinologist who have the in-depth knowledge and expertise of my condition. On top of that he is kind, helpful, he communicates clearly. I would highly recommend Dr. Masudi to anyone who is looking for one of the best endocrinologists in the business.

I liked the Doctor, but, his office staff is among the most INCOMPETENT I've ever had to deal with. They have not figured out the concept of a referral yet. They had an existing referral for me that was good for a year. The bubblehead at the front desk told me to go back to my Dr. and get another one, which I did. The girl at me Primary's office printed me another one pointing out that they are good for a year and the expiration date is on the referral. I already told her that and she wouldn't accept it. My wife had her first appointment with Dr. Masudi, which took well over a month to schedule. Once she arrived, she checked in and patiently waited. After several other patients were called in, all of whom arrived after her, she inquired about the wait, now over 30 minutes. My wife was told that her medical insurance denied the visit as she had used her limit for the year (4) and would be required to pay for the visit out of pocket. My wife requested to reschedule the visit to January after the beginning of the next insurance cycle. The front desk clerk stated that the next appointment wasn’t until March. My wife refused to pay and left. We followed up and called the insurance company as this sounded incorrect. We were advised that yes the office did call and confirmed insurance eligibility. The office was told my wife was covered and the office visit was covered. The insurance customer service associate confirmed the conversation as it was recorded. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE…THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD AND ARE ATTEMPTING TO GET PEOPLE TO PAY FOR APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE COVERED BY INSURANCE. This information has been reported to authorities. My 1st time today I liked Dr. Masudi very kind respectful straight up forward with me but also kind with it.

Very informative and patient. I appreciate his attention to detail and his kindness. His staff is great!!!!!

Worst medical staff ever they don’t answer the phone the voicemail box is full they put you on hold for over 10 minutes with no notifications please hold again nothing worst doctors office ever

The front girl has a real problem and rude and should not be in customer service and only Cater to Spanish people never Seen doctor because they don’t verify ur insurance and have u riding all the out there for u to sit and wait then the rude front desk tell u oh I am certainly we don’t take ur insurance with out checking

It was my husband's first time to meet with Dr. Suhail Masudi. I came with him to this appointment. We will definitely not be returning back to him for services. His office staff were very nice over the phone and while we were there for the appointment. For starters, Dr. Masudi did not even bother to inquire my husband about his medical history. He did not seem genuinely interested in helping him. It was as if my husband was just another number to see that day. On top of this he wrote a medical summary which did not have correct information it in. It made me wonder if it was a way to bill insurance for as much as possible. When we asked him if he could possibly help my husband get a Libra Lifestyle monitor to use he immediately complained that it was very difficult to work with the insurance company on that because they did not want to pay for it. I've used this Doctor for approximately 15 years and this guy has repaired me with His good nature and and profound knowledge of his field every time . And let me tell you, you wouldn't believe the condition he would find me in. He can calmly tell me how to adjust and fine tune my Diabetic needs and Thyroid issues. Yeah, Can't bad mouth this guy! I’ve been going to Dr Masudi was for 7 years and have been a Diabetic for 54 years and have had many of Endocrinologists and I must say is very knowledgeable and understanding and always listens to my concerns and has help tremendously thru my management of life with Diabetes Mike G Wellington

Dr. Masudi is a problem solver. He tries to figure out the best way to help you. I think he is a top doctor.

I went to Dr. Masudi once. Called me fat and was disgusted. I had gained 25 lb. in over a year due to menopause. I ran 10mi/day since I was 30 years old and was always eating healthy. He told me not to come back until I lost the weight. How could I when I had diabetes? I left disgusted and do not recommend him to anyone. It wasn't until I saw where he went to medical school before I understood he was not a very smart person. Oh, yes, and after him I was recommended to a wonderful Dr. Irizarry who worked hard to figure out what was going on with me and after a year found the right meds and here I am 4 years later at 123 lbs. and I can't exercise properly due to injuries and my gym being closed.

I was offended at this and decided to see another doctor. When I wrote in cancelling my next appointment, I received the answer "yes Sir!" Why do I react so badly to that?

Dr. Masudi and his office staff are the most unprofessional health care providers I have ever come across. Dr. Masudi does not treat your medical issues, but will bill your insurance company for 6 different diagnosis. He has no bedside manner and has the personality of "dry wall". His office staff will not release your medical records even if you fax over a medical release form. DO NOT USE him as an endocrinologist!! Your symptoms will get worse and he will not listen to your concerns. He is not a medical professional but an insurance scam artist. He’s been my doctor for more than 10 yrs. Thanks to his treatment I have a beautiful son. He’s an excellent doctor, very sweet and respectful. The girls in the reception are awesome with me. If you go on time to you appts, take with you your referrals and your insurance card you shouldn’t have any problem with them.

Excellent doctor and staff. His office had gone out of their way to help me contest insurance decision not to cover medications and ultimately reversed. If you're looking for a doctor to sugar coat your situation, he is not for you. If you want a doctor that will tell you like it is and help you achieve your health goals, he is your Dr.

This doctor has no bedside manner, will not listen to any thing you have to say even though you live in your body and he doesn’t. Thinks he knows everything and you know nothing. I’ve spent hours reading and researching but he dismissed everything I had to say. Basically told me that he had no idea what was wrong with me but was unwilling to do anything further to find out either.

I just had the worst experience over the phone with the front desk. Asking me why I need an appointment when I was referred by my primary care. And I told her it is for a second opinion. Do not go to this place they are unprofessional.

Dr Masudi is a wonderful, knowledgeable and compassionate physician. His staff made my appointments and referrals easy and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs an Endocrinologist.

Dr. Masudi is absolutely wonderful. It's been a long time since I've had a doctor who actually seemed to care about my health, and sat and listened to my needs. He also gave good advice. Leaving a 4 instead of a 5 though because staff was very unhelpful and rude! I would give the Dr. 5 stars and the staff 1 star...

Ridiculous wait time 2Hr.!!!!! With appointment. Then the Doctor spend less than 5min with me. Unacceptable

Great office

Over all office experience is fantastic. The ladies in the front are always very sweet and timely. The Doctor is very caring and genuine , as a high anxiety patient he always puts me at ease. He's really a very nice man.
