I deeply appreciate, respect, and trust Dr. Hickenbottom - she has always been up-to-date in her information, explains things well, is proactive, and speaks compassionately and directly. But in addition, I so appreciate the office staff! I had occasion to call the office with several questions today. Even though it was at the end of their busy day, Grace was able to handle all of my questions and requests and she did it efficiently and professionally - and cheerfully! Thank you for all you do for your patients.

I been with Susan hickenbottom since 2001 I love her wish she was my main family doctor too,very careing and understand your every need. ????
