She saved my life.

My experience with Dr. Kim, has been nothing short of fantastic. Dr. Kim has provided me with more knowledge about my current condition than my previous doctors in the past. Dr. Kim is caring, supportive, extremely knowledgeable in her field and will never make you feel rushed during an appointment, Dr. Kim always has the time for her patients.

I had a cardiac ablation ordered by Dr Kim. I never saw her pre or post procedure. Not even sure she did it. She did not explain the procedure,I did not know until the day of that I would be under general anesthesia for 4-5 hours. I was confused and scared. They had me Walk into the surgical unit. Someone said are you angry? I said I’m emotional. I was given no support just treated like a lab rat having an experiment. The next day I had GI issues, they said “we didn’t do anything to your stomach” I literally had to google and found why I was having bloating and burping post procedure. it’s a common side effect treated with small meals and antacid. Thank you google Dr that relieved my fears. Dr Kim and staff, They will not support or listen to you. They passed me on to another Cardiologist. It was a humiliating experience. I would not recommend NWM or Dr Kim. We have too many other options in Chicago.

Dr. Kim is outstanding in her field. She is extremely knowledgeable and excellent in patient and family relations. I feel so grateful that my son is in her care. I have no doubt he is receiving the best available medical care. Debbie O’Dwyer
