I’ve had her as my neurologist for 15 years. She’s the only one that has been able to put my cluster headaches back into remission and I’ve been living with those for 30 years so I’ve seen many doctors. Another reviewer mostly rated her staff so that is not a fair review for her as she’s a very good doctor, but I do agree with the difficulty of dealing with the staff she has now that has probably been handed to her from this Lifespan organization in Newport who seem disorganized and are unprofessional, and rude.

Have followed her at three locations - because she is that good.

I used to be her patient when she was in Bristol. She's a wonderful and smart doctor.

I find Dr Patrick-MacKinnon to be a thorough physician. She answered all my questions satisfactorily. I was totally satisfied by the care I received from her.

Dr. MacKinnon makes diagnosis before seeing her patients. D. MacKinnon's office staff will not make an appointment if you have Medicaid despite accepting it for payment. Her office staff gives incorrect appointment times and makes you reschedule when you show up late to the time they gave you, they lie about forms received that are dated and say they got them five days later. She is dismissive and assumptive. Her staff is dishonest. Do not trust her or her staff. I would rate this a 0
