Dr. Suzann Szewczak

Dr Suzann only sees patients with acute health issues and not for common issues like physicals, bloodwork. Also to get her appointment, when I called today 3/27/23, I cannot see her until 07/23..even the RN's does not have appts till next couple mths. Their appt. front desk person Mike is very uncooperative and very difficult to deal with. If someone needs to be seen earlier, I would suggest somewhere else.

Suzanne is a great doctor. She doesn't rush through, takes time to explain things, and answers any questions you have.

Dr Szewczak and her staff are incredible. They take the time to listen to your concerns and their focus is only on you during your visit. When you leave, you feel fully informed and satisfied. I have been a patient of Dr Szewczak for many years and always have had excellent care. Several years ago, I moved an hour away from the office and I will drive that hour to and from her office because Dr Szewczak and her staff are that GREAT. Dr. Szewczak and staff provide extraordinary care and support. Great family practice.

Dr Szewczak is the best! I was desperate for help and she shuffled things around to make the time to help me. She didn’t make me feel rushed and showed genuine care to help me feel like the best version of me.

Great practice in all regards. Dr. Szewczak and staff Are professional and caring.

I have been going to this practice for many years, and I have continually been treated with kindness and excellent medical care.

My appointments with Dr. Szewczak are always a pleasant experience. She takes her time, listens and I feel taken care of. Nothing seems to bother her.

Dr Szawczak is excellent. She takes the time to listen to your health concerns and goals. She talks to you, not to her computer.

Hi I liked it at Suzann Szewczak DO The ladies up there were a lot of help.when I had ask a question they were able to help me. I would recommend that doctors office to other people

I have been seeing Dr. Szewczek since she started practicing in Harleysville. She is a very caring and conscientious physician. She is willing to answer any questions that come up regarding my health.

She’s the bomb. I’ve seen her for probably 15 years, and she’s always been a warm, knowledgeable, attentive person. She’s my PCP, but she’s ended up being my psychologist and every other kind of doctor I’ve needed. I trust her implicitly.

Great Doctor & wonderful staff. Everything was clean & sanitized.

We needed a test for covid, we called the office and was able to schedule it the next day. We arrived and called to let them know we were in the parking lot and they came right out to give us the test in the car. Called for an appointment that morning because I was having chest pains - got an appointment for 1:00 pm - before I accepted the appointment I explained that I had a tight schedule and didn't want to take the appointment if I couldn't be seen on time - they assured me I was the first appointment after lunch so I would see her right away - I asked this because you never get to see the doctor here on the appointment time given and I didn't have the time to sit and wait - so I went to the appointment based on being seen right away at 1pm- I get there and they tell me i have to go out to my car and wait for someone to come out to do a covid test- after 15 minutes the test is negative and I go back in just to find out i have to sit in the waiting room - two other people go ahead of me and I tell the receptionist I can't wait - it is now 20 minutes passed my appointment time - she checks with the nurse and says she will be right with me - again I asked if I am going to see the doctor or does she have another appointment before me - the nurse says by the time she is finished checking me in the doctor should be finishing up with the other appointment- it is now 35 minutes past my confirmed appointment time I do not have the available time left to wait and still see the doctor so I said I had to leave - I never saw the doctor so my appointment was canceled - I specifically explained my situation before taking the appointment and if I was aware of how long it would take before even seeing the doctor I would not have accepted the appointment- I ended up going to an urgent care later in the day and the ended up at the ER Called for an appointment that morning because I was having chest pains - got an appointment for 1:00 pm - before I accepted the appointment I explained that I had a tight schedule and didn't want to take the appointment if I couldn't be … More

Best doctor I have ever had! Personable and truly cares about me.

I needed a vaccine for birth of grandchild. They scheduled same day. Very convenient.

I was very pleased with my visit. She answered my questions and did all and did all the things she said she would do.

We are so grateful for Dr. Szewczak working quickly to get my husband and I tested for Covid and directing us to urgent care.

Dr. Susan is very efficient, I have a lot of confidence in her and appreciate all the attention she pays to her patients!

Dr Szewczak is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. I would highly recommend her. She always spends enough time and answers all my questions.

Simply the best! There are very few medical professionals left who actually care about their patients as much as Dr Szewczak does. Dr. Szewczak always is clear, and caring with my elderly mom. She is also honest and tells my mom what she may not want to hear but needs to hear. I know my parents are in good hands with her.

Dr. Sue is the best doctor I ever had. She never rushes you, and always has a smile and listens to me for as long as it takes. I'd be lost without her being my doctor.

Dr Szewczak takes time to listen,, and addresses your concerns. She refills prescriptions in a timely manner. Her staff is cordial and caring. They maintain COVID protocols.

She gives wonderful care and shows concern. Her office is always ready to help. She also communicates on the portal. I highly recommend Dr. Szewczak.
