Suzanne was very rude to us. She never said hello or introduced herself. First question she asked/first words out of her mouth was “who is the biological mother?” She made us feel incompetent and not welcomed. First time parents deserve compassion and guidance. Dr. Connolly was very kind and sweet with my daughter but did not take her symptoms seriously. She was not very thorough and the very next day my 3 year old was in the hospital with pneumonia and a bacterial infection. I am glad I decided to take her to the ER despite the Drs recommendation of waiting at home because it was probably just a viral infection or GI bug. Dr. Connolly is fantastic with both of our children and really takes the time to talk to parents and listen to all of our concerns. She has a great bedside manner. We highly recommend her and the other doctors and nurses in the office. What a great staff

We felt she really rushed us. We were the last appointment of the day, and it seemed she just wanted us out of there so she could go home. I told her what other doctors had us doing for my son, and she seemed clueless, which didn't make me feel confident in her general medical knowledge. (My son is not an unusual case for anything.) When addressing his issue, I felt like I had to suggest things and pull information out of her instead of her guiding us (which is what a doctor should do).

Dr Connolly was in such a hurry to get my daughters appointment with. I wanted to ask her questions at the end of the appointment about the diagnosis and she stood half way in the door half way out for about 5 minutes. She was not reassuring, she was not accomidating, and she was not very professional. We later found out the diagnosis she gave was the wrong one, after we went to a different doctor a day later. I would not recommend going to her.

I took my baby in to see Dr Connolly only because my regular pediatrician was booked up. My daughter had a bad cough and fever of 101. I explained she was a premie. She listened to her lungs gave her a breathing treatment and recheck her lungs and sent us home. O asked if we should get an X-ray she said no the tx helped but bring back if she gets worse. She didn't get worse but didn't get better so week later in the ER with my baby she had pneumonia! We spent an over night there! Will nvr go to

Love her! She is polite professional and above all thorough. She is knowledgeable and accurately diagnoses my children
