Love the doctor and staff. Would highly recommend them.

Nurse and doctor are nice but the place is disgusting. It is dirty, paper, boxes, etc. are everywhere. Stains on walls and medical items. Someone from the medical department needs to come check this place. Switching doctors ASAP.

I’ve been an active patient for nearly two years now. He’s always quick and clear with communication. Clean office. Decently priced services.

I never been disappointed towards a doctor's office until I came here. Very unprofessional. When Dr. Swaroop confused me with another patient, I should have left then. But I'm very understanding about mistakes, so I stayed. The experience kept getting unbelievably worst afterwards. I don't want to degrade anyone's business with my personal experience. Very educated Physician. Takes time with his patients.

Wants money up front, says JUST your symptoms, never even examined me or listened to anything I had to say. Very bad bedside manners, rude, and simply doesn’t care about anything but getting his money. We can get a robot doctor to do that. He knows nothing about how to diagnose someone; did not take my temperature but said I had an infection; did not listen to my lungs so has no idea where infection is, this kind of doctor that just throws antibiotics around for everything is the reason we are dealing with MRSA right now. I went there for the convenience and have gone there before because there is never a wait but now I know why. This time I knew there was something serious wrong with my ear but he said it was a coincidence; there are no coincidences in the medical field. If there is never a wait in a doctor’s office, catch on quicker than me! When I called them back to tell them to credit my credit card because there were no services rendered, he said it was against HIPPA to discuss my health over the phone with my doctor. He doesn’t even know HIPPA! Doctors talk to patients all the time and their families; however, we were not discussing my health, we were discussing why I wanted a refund. In all my years working with doctors, I have never seen a more uncaring doctor or one that knew nothing about what they are doing. He needs to be stopped before someone with a real life threatening issue goes to him for help. I would give him 0 stars if I could. No bedside manner, uncaring, unprofessional and will not even listen to you when you speak! When you are trying your best to make him understand what is going on. The medical assistant was extremely nice and polite. She apologized for the doctors behavior and said he was just in a hurry. Well... it's not MY fault they scheduled me for 4pm, took until 4:49 to see me and then wanted to hurry through to go home. That's no reason to treat someone with such disrespect! I took ALL my paperwork back with me and will pay out of pocket for out of network doctors than EVER go see this man again! Not even if I were dying! Don't waste your time or money! I've been seeing doctor Swaroop for about a year and I absolutely love him and his staff. They are very nice people. I would recommend him to all my friends and family, and have.

Very nice and clean place. I love this doctor. Good bedside manner and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this doctor to everyone. In and out as quick as you want it to be.
