Dr. Moin was my Dr. for several years His office is currently closed due to his ongoing health problems. Dr. Moin will be missed. His office is currently run by Dr. Reza and her husband Dr. Reza who are very competent resourceful Drs. I have seen both Doctors and like them both. They are very good about sending me for blood work as needed. I'm sure they are taking new patients. They are suboxone certified. I wouldn't recommend this doctor even if you broke you leg our front of his office . He probably would need to reschedual without notice. How can anyone call themselves a professional let alone a medical professional when they force there patients to wait over a week rescheduling 3 times with no call. Avoid this hack at all costs. I highly recommend this office for primary care reasons as well as life sustaining medications that help support your mental state and well being ! The doctor a, will go above and beyond for you to help you! But even better is the staff and office environment he has created. I have a one year old son that I bring with me and the staff is amazing with him!! Chevon.(hope I spelled correctly ) ESPECIALLY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR HER PATIENTS! I have called her w pharmacy issues, medication issues etc and she has always guided me, actively listens to my issue and provides a solution for me to solve my issue or concern.she is also not just there for the 9 to 5 pay. She cares entirely about my family who also uses dr. Moin and she has been an important aspect of my recovery process with medication management as a former addict in recovery. She has encouraged me, treated me and my son like family when I am there, I always feel a part of the office w rather then an in and out appt where no emotion or care feels to be apart of the process. She is amazing and thats most importantly why I give this office and crew 5 stars!! Dr. Moin is terrific. Some of his staff is a nightmare, particularly the "woman" that usually answers phone in Washingtonville office.
