Dr. Rojas is phenomenal! Easy to talk to, a great listener and explains everything very well. I am very pleased with my visit, and would recommend her to anyone!

Very unprofessional!

Waited 2 months for my referral to go through and 4 months to be able to have a set appointment date. Now that my appointment is only a couple weeks away for something that may be serious, I received a call that Dr. Rojas is leaving in the fall and that I can no longer be seen. Not exactly how you should go about breaking that news to a new patient, could have informed me sooner or left me in the hands of someone who would be taking her place. Dr Rojas was my doctor for several years. She was by far the best doctor I ever had. She left the VA a couple of years ago and I haven't been to neurology since she left. The VA is becoming an empty shell.

Spokane neurology up and left about 3 or 4 months ago according to other tenants in the building. Left numerous voicemails there over a few week period before driving over to see what was up. They really need to update the voice messaging system to say they are closed down at the bare minimum so that people aren't wasting their time.

First, if I could leave no stars, I would! I previously saw Dr. Rojas at Spokane Neurology. I had previously seen Dr. Rojas when she was practicing in Spokane years ago, as well. If you want a doctor that is a HUGE FLAKE and does not follow up with you, and the plans that she has set forth for you, Dr. Rojas is your doctor. Very unprofessional of her to leave her practice and not notify her patients that she is closing her practice and going elsewhere. Dr Rojas is an exceptional physician that is thorough, detailed and extremely compassionate. I am grateful for the care my father is receiving with Dr. Rojas. I highly recommend Dr. Rojas, she listens and takes time to respond to the unique needs and challenges of the patient. Exceptional care!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! She left town and did not notify ANY of her patients. After reading previous reviews, this appears to be a pattern with her. Phone calls go unreturned. Her office assistant eventually called me back (after I left 9 messages) and was unbelievably rude and told me that the doctor was kicking my husband out of her practice because I was a terrible caregiver. This is all lies, and clearly the office assistant (which I believe is a family member of the doctor) is the terrible person, not me. Absolutely disgusted with the care and services of this doctor and have filed several different reports, reviews, and complaints with various agencies and advocacy groups.

I have been calling this office since December 2019 I have left numerous messages and have not received a call back. She was amazing was sad she left. Almost flew to where she was at to get in with her thats how good she is. Is she back in spokane now after va? I left a message would love to get back in with her.

Dr. Sylvia is so kind. She spends a lot of time with you. Her nurse is really nice too.

She is an amazing Doctor. She is very thorough, explained things very well. Never once did I feel like she wasn't listening to me, and she is very easy to talk to. The office is nice, the atmospher is wonderful, I highly recommend her.

I have never been to this place. But, Dr. Sylvia Rojas is the best neurologist I have seen in over 45 years. After sustaining a TBI in the Marines I attended university majoring in fitness, nutrition, occupational therapy, athletic training and neuroscience over 11 years. Dr. Rojas covered a lot of those bases in her consultations with me. I knew she wasn't holding back important information and she addressed all my concerns. Because the things we discussed were items I studied at university classes and found in my own research papers. Plus, she has great doctor - patient communication skills. Dr. Rojas was my Neurologist for three years coming into T.M. I have several other serious conditions and she was able to get my pain level and discomfort under control. She was also the one who sought out a reason behind my stroke and found I had serious underlying heart conditions my previous doctors never discovered. I owe her my life. On top of it all she is the most compassionate, giving and sincere doctor I have ever came across in my 53 years. Dr. Rojas did leave suddenly and I along with many patients were stunned but she would not have done so unless she had too, I along with I am sure hundreds of patients wish her the very best in life. THEE BEST Neurologist that exists! Not only have I had awesome experiences with her care but my friends and family only have great things to say about her as well. I wish I could put a billboard up telling everyone in the city to go to her for all neurologic problems.

Leaves her patients without warning! What kind of "professional" does that?! DO NOT see this doctor!

Horrible .. just disappears again out of the blue and leaves her patients hanging !! Not the first time and I'm sure NOT the last . Not a professional move at all. She seems genuine and caring while you are her patient but then quits an so leave her patients hanging and taking another year she just to be seen but another doctor

Dr. Rojas has an excellent bedside manner. Not only did she actually listened to me and make me feel like my health is important, but she was able to treat my symptoms and get me well. I definitely recommend her to everyone. She's a 5 star doctor through and through.

Dr. Rojas is a great neurologist however she left Spokane Washington and never advised her patients, I have tried for the last 4 years to get my records to my new doctor and have been unsuccessful. As much as I liked her as a doctor I cannot forgive her actions.

Dr. Rojas is a five star plus doctor. The hospital & staff - 3.0. 30 patients have taken the time to rate her. This says volumns. She is extremely knowledgeable about areas most neurologist ignore. She listens! Listens! She never rushes you. She gets more information out of you than you knew you had. I have seen many docs in my 70 years but none like her. She is a true healer, a gem. She is with Lourdes hospital-office & staff rate 3.0. Dr. Rojas 5++++++. Demand to see her.
