He talks down to me every time I go there with a concern, always brushes everything I say off, and rushes me out the door. I have had multiple problems that physically worried me and he always just tells me it's probably nothing and then pushes me out the door. Awful awful doctor.

Excellent bedside manor, good to banter with, always looking for Solutions, but realistic without sugar coating. I appreciate that he calls me out when I try to give excuses.

First visit with him I was impressed. End of story. He tends to use a cookie cutter regime with patients. If he doesn’t like what you may suggest, he will throw you to the curb. Arrogant.

Disappointed at each visit. Extremely rude and cuts you off when you try to explain why you are at the visit. He tends to think very highly of himself and looks down on working class.

First I will say that I dont normally leave reviews. With that being said, I feel that this doctor stands out so much that people need to know about him. I started with Dr. El-Shahat around the beginning of the year due to insurance changes. I was very nervous to start with a new doctor as I have multiple issues and I kind of embarrassed to share my health concerns. I met with him the first time and the first thing that stood out was that he really listened. I knew that in order to make this work I needed to open up and be honest about my health concerns. When I shared everything he was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel judged or lesser of a person because of the health concerns I shared or my daily habits. He really heard me out and gave me his suggestions. I started what he had suggested and he saved my life. He and his team of nurses go above and beyond. He is hands down the best doctor I have ever seen.

Very poor patient experience and with nurse.

Dr. El-Shahat is a wonderful knowledgeable family doctor. I am very happy I chose him as my primary physician.

My fiancé suffers from ADHD & has all of the symptoms of someone with adult ADHD. I have encouraged him to seek help for years.He saw this doctor for the first time for a yearly physical and expressed his issues with concentration, etc.. After talking to him for five minutes, the doctor said he didn’t have ADHD and wouldn’t prescribe him a first line medication. He told my fiancé he could “shop around”. That is very rude & a terrible thing for a doctor to say to someone seeking help.
