Very unprofessional! Don’t know what they are doing and instead of them saying that they told me to find another dentist and I wasted his time.

Waited two months for a appointment for checkup and cleaning. Told me he will set up for a the cleaning another day. Told me I had a small cavity and he will watch out for it. Three weeks later I call back telling them I have a toothache. Made me wait six day to see me!! Told me it was gum disease, I told him no it's not! Made him check the cavity and it hurt! told me I needed a root canal. Asked him to fill in the cavity, he said "he would make it worse" I drove to New York to my orthodontist. Told me I had a cavity, made room and had the dentist fill it. All the pain went away! This so called doctor?? Miss diagnose me in the office twice in the same day taking guesses lol.. Mailbox is full and no call back all week,anyone know what's going on in the office?

Went to this guy to have a cavity filled, and he drilled into the nerve in my front tooth, killed the tooth, and then the tooth cracked in half about a year later as a result. Had to have crowns put in both front teeth, and was put in excruciating pain. Honestly I would sue this guy if I thought it was worth my time to pursue it. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. Don't go here.

Won't go back. Cleaned my teeth in under 5 minutes. After I left I still felt plaque scale. Wife and kids had the same problem. Worse cleaning ever. Looking for a new dentist.

Super unfriendly. I made an emergency appointment, have bad cavity pain. Went into the office and the dr took xrays. Then told me he wouldn’t be able to fix my cavities, because due to covid they’re not “doing that” then told me if I didn’t like it, I could... see another dentist. I left the office with an appointment three weeks later. I don’t know how the office operates normally, but this seems to be set up just to keep busy with X-rays and office visits during covid. So I’m speaking from someone who’s been to almost every dentist in the area that my insurance covers. The doctor is 2.5 out of 5. If you are wanting quality work and not something that’ll be a hit or miss this office isn’t for you. It sucks that I’m writing this but someone who is dealing with mouth issues will appreciate this review.

I Had a Great Experience coming Here to get my teeth Fixed. During this covid stuff going on, they took me in Very quick! I was so surprised. They're very friendly. I got an appointment 2 weeks ago got to Dr. Office Early he took me in right away today. Staff friendly and he pulled my tooth. I was in and out in 40minutes felt like 5 minutes. Thank you so much again.

The Dentist and all his assistants are wonderful excellent service .. The only one in that office that's RUDE is the girl at the front the one that has a tattoo she has an attitude all the time, her customer service is horrible and the reason I think twice in calling to have an appt set up .I have neighbors that have changed dentists because of that RUDE girl. Have been going to Dr Tajul for a few years now. We are very happy with him and his staff. My whole family goes to him. I recommend him very highly. Very gentle and thorough with his patients. Very clean and very well kept office. If you have an emergency he takes you right away.

I had coordinated with Dr Islams office for weeks to submit a claim to my insurance for dentures, and to pull several teeth. When I arrived at his office for my appointment he literally had no idea what was going on, what I was there for, and they had not submitted any paper work for my dentures. When I asked him if they don't write things down, he literally told me, "We don't do that." I was absolutely gob smacked. This man is totally incompetent. I also filed a complaint with my insurance company- and I am NOT the type of person to waste my time with such things. Stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly not too sure on how this place is still open. When cleaning my teeth he did nothing more than just swiping the tool over all my teeth back and forth a few times, focusing on none of them. I was confused when they told me I was finished. Don't waste your time nor money here

I lost my 3 teeth because of his cheep crowns, that I paid with cash. Now I need to implant. He put two crowns together which is just stupid, unfortunately I didn’t know that and I trusted him as professional, but unfortunately he is not. You go better work in Dunking Donuts. I wish God will put you in the same situation from someone, like I did from you, and have to pay thousands of dollars because someone is as cheap and stupid as you. My experience with Dr. Islam was excellent. He is such an amazing caring dentist. I was bit nervous for my extraction but he make sure I was fine thru out the time I was there. Awful. He barely cleaned mine or my 5 year old daughters teeth. They didn't do stays. They did not do any of the cleaning things normal dentist do. They brush em for 10 seconds look and say modalities. Next.

Worst dentist I have ever been to both my fillings fell out within two months. On the bright side though most of the staff was friendly.

Great place to get routine dental work done. The staff are very professional and understanding. Dr. Islam is a great dentist and will try to fit you in his busy schedule if you have an emergency. However, if you need an extraction you will need to make an appointment with an oral surgeon, that's the only negative and hopefully a oral surgeon will join him in the near future. Great dentist and awesome staff. They are all kind and courteous

Ill recommend this place to anyone. This place is very clean and polite people they work with you and get you in right away when needed. And they work on you pretty fast in and out.

Love this practice. I am very nervous about dentist but everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I do recommend them to anyone needing a comfortable place for dental work.

I called near midday on Friday in a great deal of pain and was given an appointment for early afternoon. Two extractions were required. Everyone that I came in contact with from reception to the dental assistant to Dr. Islam himself were courteous, attentive, gentle, professional, and kind. I went to him. In May he gave antibiotic and Motrin for pain, it did no good recommendation was for oral surgeon. I understand next available appointment was August, the rest were next year. My pain is very severe I understand he couldn't pull all teeth but he could have pulled the two that were causing me the most pain. Instead after going to his office three days straight in pain his only solution was find a new dentist, his words and what do you want me to do I can write you a prescription my pain was beyond scripts. From the first phone call to the first visit it was a very pleasant experience. Its refreshing to be seen by true professionals who make you feel very comfortable. I wish I would of learned about this dental practice sooner.
