Dr Vreeke is the best doctor I've had the pleasure of knowing! She is our family physician. She's amazing with kids and we adults love her too :) She is very down to earth yet knowledgeable. She makes you feel like she genuinely cares and gives plenty attention at each visit. I have never felt rushed by her and actually look forward to any appointments we have because I'll get to spend some time with her! I honestly don't know how they do it. We rarely wait in the waiting room and when we do it is about 5 mins, yet Dr Vreeke spends so much time with each patient! She is very thoughtful on your decisions/choices as a patient and has NEVER been pushy about anything in anyway. We had a lot of questions with our first baby regarding vaccines and she made us feel like better parents for having concerns (answered all our questions patiently) and never once made us feel stupid for having questions. She also helped me with breastfeeding within the first couple weeks. She helped more than any lactation specialists or nurses in the hospital even! Thanks to her our breastfeeding journey was a great one. Dr Vreeke is the best of the best. If you have the opportunity to visit her yourself or have your kids see her she is highly recommended! She has been AMAZING! Always has time to everything that's going on with you. No matter what's going on. Always makes you feel comfortable and secure. She has been the best OBGYN and PCP I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about her!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Tonya! I have had a great fear of doctors due to past health issues. Dr. Tonya is hands down the best doctor I have ever had! She listened to all of my concerns and put me at ease. Truly, I left with smile on my face and peace in heart!

Dr Vreeke took me as a new patient. She was took time to listen to me and was very encouraging to me. I was at ease immediately seeing her. I am also very pleased with the patient portal and the staff at the Jenison Mercy health office on 20th. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr Vreeke and her staff.

I love Tonya!! She is so funny and cares about her patients!

Personable and friendly, she made me feel very comfortable.

What an unusual experience..not used to that kind of treatment. Dr. Vreeke called herself by her first name...very warm and approachable. Went to see her for 1 thing I thought was major. Turns out not major at all. After determining that my main concern was rather innocuous, she asked me if I had any other concerns. Got rid of 4 other concerns and a little skin cancer to boot. Saved me from having to schedule a dermatology appointment. I was super impressed...and I hate going to the doctor. I can't wait for my next injury so I can visit again.
