Tara Rivera

I have no opinion of Dr. Rivera because I never even had a chance to make an appointment. As a new patient, I called the office mid morning on a Friday and was told by the not so friendly office staff someone would call me back by EOD to make the appointment, which I thought was strange but whatever. A week later still no one called. I made an appointment with another doctor at a different facility. I have no use for a office that can’t even make an appointment. I’m sure Dr. Rivera is fine but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired.
