Not thorough in delivery of health care. Example: no PSA performed with annual physical. My medical record read that no test had been performed since 2018.

I want to add to what I said about Dr Tarek Rafati’s office!! His staff is always sooooo friendly, positive and patient!!! I love Ms. Karla!! She is always smart and helpful!!! I look forward towards my visit because I know it will be a positive and knowledgeable visit!!! And, I can’t say enough about Ms. Millie!!! She is sooooo friendly, patient and helpful as well!!! Dr. Rafati is professional as well as personable. He truly cares for his patients which is why I have stayed with him despite my moving about an hour and a half away. And his staff are the sweetest around! It’s hard to find both a great doctor and outstanding staff, but they have it!

I have beem a patient of kkkDr Rafati for many years. He has helpe with the. Diagnosis of some potentially serious helth issues. He has made the rigjt diagnosis and the right referrals. Dr Rafati is in large part why I am as healthy as I have ever been. Kkl

Very caring Doctor. Dr Rafati takes time to listen to you. Never rushes a patient. He sees our entire family. If you are looking for a GP, I would recommend him.

Dr. Rafati is the most genuine, caring, knowledgeable Physician I have been. His warm smile always patient & listens to me so he can give me the best care!! His staff is of the same nature “Kind & Caring”. He’s been a Blessing to me ???? Thank you

Dr. Rafati has been my doctor for 5+ years. He an excellent doctor. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Rafati to anyone seeking a doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Rafati for at least 8 yr and feel very confident in his care. He has always offered a solution to whatever problem I may be experiencing at the time. He takes the time to listen to my complaints and I never feel as if he is rushing the appointment.

Dr. Rafati expresses genuine care and concern for his patients. He seeks to get to the source of the problem to get the right solution for the cure.

Dr. Rafati is the best family care physician I have ever had. He is caring and spends time to explain things. You fon’t feel rushed. I would give him 5 stars and recommend him if you want a knowledgeable physician who truly cares.

I have recommended Dr Rafati to several people and a couple of them do see him. Dr Rafati is a very good doctor along with his staff. Love them all! He is the best!

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor's office. Dr. Rafati was really knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Rafati is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients and will spend the time that they need. Because of insurance I lost Doctor Rafati for 7 months and had to see other doctors that were awful.. I thank God every day for Dr. Rafati. He helped me through my brothers illnesses and death. Dr. Rafati listens to his patients. He hears what they are telling him and he help them. Right now, in my opinion, there is not a Doctor that can close to his caring and compassion.

Dr. Rafati has been my PCP for the past 5-6 years and has exhibited a caring, professional demeanor, genuinely concerned about my physical and emotional well being as someone with chronic pain and a debilitating disease. 6

I've had experiences with doctors in the past being very callous and dismissive, so I was VERY pleased with Dr. Rafati. He is warm and personable. I've already recommended him to coworkers.

My husband and I began seeing Dr. Rafati when he was practicing at Oaks Medical. We are confident in his ability to treat us and he is pleasant and easy to work with.

Great visit as always. Dr. Rafati is very personable and spends time with each patient.

Great office location with easy access, personable staff. Dr. Rafti is a wonderful physician and human being. My family has gone to him for 8 years.

He great doctor has time his patience

If you are looking for a doctor that is thorough, understanding, and greets you with a warm hello then this is the office for you. I moved here from California less than a year ago feeling like I would never be able to find a Doctor to replace the one I had there. I took the chance and found Dr. Rafati, and I'm glad I did. Appointments are easy to schedule and I've never had to wait more than a short time. He and his staff is so sweet and yet professional. I feel lucky to have found them!

Dr. Rafati has been my personal physician for about eight years. In that time I have found him to be not only a fine doctor but someone I trust implicitly with my health and well being. He always finds time to answer all my questions and provide sound medical advice. I would recommend Dr. Rafati to anyone looking for an outstanding general practitioner for their personal and family's well being.

Dr. Rafati has been my primary for several years. He is easy to talk to and explains things well.

Dr Rafati is a terrible doctor. I recently visited the office when I fell ill. He told me I either had a minor issue or a life altering disease. I tried to ask him questions but he told me to wait on the lab results. He did not ask about my symptoms. 13 days later I got a call from the nurse saying my results were negative. I went to another doctor who promptly diagnosed me saying this was a textbook case. I am very disappointed in the treatment I received and I will not be returning.

Dr. Rafati has been my doctor for several years. I absolutely love him. He is extremely knowledgeable, and caring. Takes his time and answers all my questions. His clinic makes me feel right at home.

Waited for him almost 1h, while the last 30 minutes of wait he was chatting with staff, telling jokes and laughing. Left without seeing him, 1:30 minutes of wait. Completely lack of respect.

I highly recommend Dr. Rafati; he has never steered my wrong. His staff is always helpful too.

Dr. Rafati and his staff are very compassionate. He has a way of explaining things so that anyone can understand and he does so without talking down to you. He encourages questions and always makes sure you understand your diagnosis, medications, etc before leaving.

Dr. Rafati and his staff are great. They are cheerful, caring, and gentle or firm when appropriate. Dr. Rafati keeps excellent records, and he and his staff stay in step with their patients, and are on time most of the time. Emergencies do occur.... I am proud to say that Dr. Rafati has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years.
