Dr. Terence Aloysius Cook

I went to see Dr. Cook in 2017 because I needed a tooth pulled. I waited in a room that had a sign saying something about 'no complaining' or something like that and should have left noting that red flag. Dr. Cook decided my tooth did, in fact need pulling and he set out some tools that looked like something you'd see in a dental office in the 50's or 60's and the craziest part (thus far) was after he injected my gums with the novacaine and sat it down on the metal tray I noticed some rust at the end of the tool. That can't be a good signed, right? ???? He proceeded to pull my tooth and when I winced and squirmed he told me that I was being a baby and to hold still, "People do this every day!" I was shocked and fairly offended, but did my best to just get through this. As soon as he was finished and I had the go ahead, I was out the door! For the next week or so I had terrible pain in my mouth and my gums were very swollen. When I called he simply recommended Ibuprofen. Two days later I ended up in the E.R sick from the infection in my mouth and had to be given I.V antibiotics and follow up with a different dentist who removed the bits of tooth he left inside my gum. A friend is having dental issues and asked me today if I knew a good dentist. I told her the name of my current one and steered her clear of Dr. Cook. I told her my experience and said, "Whatever you do, don't go to Dr. Cook!" I went to see Dr. Cook in 2017 because I needed a tooth pulled. Absolutely felt right at home and received excellent dentistry!

Dr. Cook is an outstanding dentist! He made a crown for me and it is perfect! He is fair, gentle and understanding. The office felt like home sweet home! So glad I found him!

He removed wisdom teeth from both sides of my mouth and prescribed no pain medication or antibiotics. I'm a heart patient with history of endocarditis. Next day I was swollen and in agony. When I called him his advice was for me to eat! I couldn't believe my ears. Still in agony, I ended up at my doctors office where she had to prescribe antibiotics for an infection caused by leaving part of my tooth in!! Was the worst dental experience EVER!! Id recommend my dog before recommending this guy!!

i am a patient there and love the service dentist kind of difficult to understand but other than that good and the workers are good.
