I am 25 years old. My first chiro appointment was about a month ago with Dr. Alfred and I can truly say she has changed my life for the better. I have complained about migraines since I was a teenager. Everyday I would have a headache. Finally after 3 migraine attacks in a week I decided to take charge and find something that would help. I had my doubts but after my FIRST appointment with Dr. Alfred I felt better. Terry is far and away the best Chairopractor I have ever seen. She has the widest repetoir of adjustments when compared to all of the other Chiropractors I have been to and in such, if you go to her with an issue, she will have a way to adjust you. Dr. Alfred is knowledgeable and caring. Even though she doesn't accept insurance her prices are very affordable. Less than my insurance copay, and I don't have to worry about visit limits. She is thorough and truly cares about you, not only your body but your state of mind. I would recommend her to anyone.
