Took my wife there to try to get her help to come off the pain meds she had been on for 18 years. First thing he said to us when he entered room was that he had called the pharmacy that had been filling her meds and ask why they prescribed them. Came off as one of those people who thinks he is better than those seeking help. He could not of read my wife's medical history or he would not of put her on the medicine he prescribed. He had other options but put her on one that she should not take due to COPD ,asthma and the pacemaker in her chest. She took the meds for a couple of days and started having issues because of the medicine he placed her on. When I called their office all they were concerned with was how many of the meds she had left . In my opinion he is no better than the doc shops that charge cash. We wasted 155 dollars going to see him. My advice is find a decent doctor that has Compassion.

He’s a jerk. After he gets his money at Destin Recovery he closes it down and all his employees delete contacts with people in need with no notice or help. Very shady operation.

Dr Reeves has been the answer to my prayers! As a sufferer of chronic back pain for 12+ years & after major spine surgery in 2013, I was taking more & more pain meds, but my pain level only increased - until I became Dr Reeves’ patient. Within 2 months, I was taking only 2 pain meds but my pain was finally under control. He is the consummate professional - very intelligent, well read, trained by the leaders in his field, and highly respected by his peers while being very approachable & genuine.

Being practically a life long chronic pain patient (due to a broken back as a child) I have seen and been to all types of Doctors..... Everything the pain management field has to offer, transversely all the addiction field has as well due to the "pill mill" doctors who only care about the money I the patient represents. Reeves is easily the best M.D. I have ever seen. The negative reviews posted here upset me as it was under his very capable direction and care that I was brought back from the very brink of despair caused by a litany of physical and psychological issues exacerbated by addiction. I saw many Dr.’s prior to finding Reeves. None of any use. If you seek help overcoming addiction visit Reeves. But don’t whine on here when u find out u must work a program to get a Bup Rx and are mad he pushes recovery!

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Stay far away unless you enjoy being talked down to. I have also heard him talking badly about his clients. Pretty sure he gets a kick out of treating addicts poorly.

Dangerous Dr. Reeves tried to force my to stay while I had multi system organ failure.
