Dr. Terrence Ryan

I had an appointment two weeks ago with Dr. Ryan and I was 10 minutes late because they changed locations and didn’t tell me. The week before, they sent me a text message to confirm my appointment with a number to call to reschedule. No one answered the three times I called. I was told I would have to reschedule even though I usually have to wait at least 15 to see the doctor. I’m writing this because I pointed out to them that all of their info on the internet still shows the old address. They said they would fix that but two weeks later, the old address still comes up. Always answers all my questions and refers me to others if necessary.

I went to Dr. Ryan for a full physical. I’ve been getting physical exams for over 40 years and Dr. Ryan gave me the worst (incomplete) physical exam I ever had. He didn’t check half the things other doctors checked when I had my physical exam with them. He ordered two tests for me which I didn’t even know about until a week later when I got them in the mail. In the past, every doctor that gave me a physical explained what test he was going to order and why. I would not recommend him. This was the third time that I saw Dr. Ryan and he was the same way for each visit. I could go on but I’m running out of characters. There are better choices for someone looking for an internist.

Dr. Ryan has a focus in Quality care , he is efficient and can be counted on for his integrity.
