Terri S Helbling

Nurse Practitioner Terri is nice but man it's so hard to get into contact with her. I've gone without my ADHD meds for a month and have had to suffer through college work without them. I've reached out by the Bay Clinics portal, called their office numerous times to leave a message, and no return call to communicate, and now I need to go all the way out to Pahoa because they don't use video calls just phone calls? I think I'll need to request another person through Bay clinic to help me with this issue. Thanks for trying on your end.

I had a terrible experience, I had a doctors visit with her Friday and I haven’t received any new meds or referrals like she said and I called all day since 7am to get help with my mental health meds. Terrible. This was very unprofessional and overal the experience is something I never want to do again . No mental health patient should have to deal with this problem. How can you forget to send it ? And not get back asap when it was an urgent thing.
