My appointment was 9:15. Sat there for an hour and twenty minutes. Never called back. People that had appointments at 10:00 only sat in lobby for around 10 minutes and was called back. Went to the window and told the lady to cancel my appointment and she wanted to know why. Turns out she never put me in the computer. Was there 6 weeks ago and it took 2 hours for them to draw blood. This is the worst doctors office I’ve been to. Dr. Sampson and his staff were prompt and very nice. Can’t say that about this office. Time to change doctors. If you are looking for a doctor don’t bother with this office.

I have been seeing Dr. Ham and his excellent staff for 15 years. I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Ham really listens (and looks at you when you talk to him.) I have always had excellent customer service from his staff. Refills, forms, etc.

I have stayed with Dr. Ham for almost 20 years because he makes me feel like family.

Worst doctor office I’ve been to. They don’t listen to people and do not care how they treat their patients at all. It’s supposed to be their job and duty to help figure out and make the patient feel better and that is not the case here. Find a better doctor

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ham for several years. It is a very busy medical practice but I have never had a problem getting an appointment, even same day if needed. We have seen both Dr. Ham and Christy Belflower NP and have never felt rushed through an appointment or left with any question unanswered. We always receive a call notifying us of any test results and they work well with our pharmacy making sure there are no problems with our prescriptions. Thank you Dr. Ham and all of your staff for taking care of all of our healthcare needs so well!

I love the nurse practitioner here but I may have to find a new doctor’s office to go to, the office staff is just incredibly rude. It makes the whole experience miserable since you spend the majority of the time in the waiting room right by them. When I went for my appt, I had to wait forever just to get a sign in sheet at the glass. Then, the woman at the computer who looked me up, told me they didn’t have me in the system at all even though I have been a patient there for years until someone else found my information. By this time, it was well after my appt time. This whole time, the woman was just being snippy with me and it’d be different if this wasn’t the first time. I feel bad because the nurse practitioner is great but I dont know if anyone needs to deal with the woman they have working up front, especially when feeling ill. I love the nurse practitioner here but I may have to find a new doctor’s office to go to, the office staff is just incredibly rude. We have used Dr. Ham for the last 15 years and couldn’t be more pleased. He has an incredible bedside manner and gets an A+ for listening! His staff is knowledgeable, and they always get the job done!

My husband and I have seen Dr Ham for years and love him. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all my questions and talking things through with me. He has taken great care of us and we would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ham and the other doctor a and staff are the best. I they do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Do not use Dr. Terry Ham and N.P. Crystal Bellflower in Perry. They have shown a large degree of incompetency and they backstabbed and blind-sided me while I was right there in their offices. Do not trust these medical people. Some staff members are also incompetent and no one is friendly. You have been informed.

Dr. Ham is a small town doctor and actually takes time to listen to you. You aren’t getting any specialized care here but this office saved my life and got me off many medications I didn’t need and I’m forever grateful.

I was shocked whenever I found out before I even made an appointment I had to go through an approval process, before being accepted as a patient. Why would you require a patient to jump through hoops in order to pay you for a service. Horrible business practice. For the record I have insurance.

Customer Service in this office is terrible!! I called to speak with someone about re-filling my prescriptions and spoke with Wendy. Talking about rude, she was the queen of rudeness today. I started to ask her if she was having a bad day or did she just didn't like her job. My Pharmacy sent a fax last Wednesday, October 3, 2019 to get the ok to refill my prescriptions and never heard back from them. I called Monday morning to ask about it and was told by Wendy, well, we have like 10 people in this office, so I don't know!!! Then she said what do you need?? My family and friends use Dr. Ham and are very please with his professionalism and care; however, I can't say the same about one of your staff members, Wendy!
