Tess is unethical, tomorrow I plan on shopping for an attorney. She had me addicted to Xanax for over 6 years, finally we agreed that I would taper off of it. We discussed a treatment plan that would occur over approximately a 7 month period of time. Half way through, without telling me that she had changed her plan, she decided to throw the agreed treatment plan out the window. I found this out through my pharmacist. She is not trustworthy. I have been fighting a disability case for two years and need critical records from Dr. Tess Lusher, My advocate, the judges clerk, myslef, the patient have been diligently trying to contact Dr. Lusher. She has FAILED to respond after 10 or more attempts via phone, fax, etc. I am appauld at the disregard for the request for my personal records in which is imperitive to my case. Such negliegence on Dr. Lusher's part. I paid thousands of dollars and tried to stablize since 2007. I need those records and by law I have a right. I am discusted with the lack of response, who does that to their patience? Thsi is a critiical time and professionals ie: Judge, attorney, and myself are flabbergasted at her lack of empathy and her selfish attitude. Lusher is denying me my rights and is affecting the future and quailty of life.
