My favorite doctor. I've been seeing her for at least 12 years. Really takes her time with you, LISTENS to you. Wonderful and kind person 10/10

Staff and Dr were extremely polite and through, gets an A+ for attention with patient as there's no computer in exam room; old fashion pen and paper

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Zelenska for almost 10 years. Every visit she’s taken the time to listen to my concerns and address every issue. Appointments are easy to make, you don’t feel rushed, and she’s extremely personable to speak with. Best doctor I’ve ever had. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Zelenksa.

Dr. Tetyana Zelenska is amazing. She takes the time to care about and help her patients. Her staff is professional. Sometimes they fall a little behind, but the wait has never been longer than 10-15 minutes.

Awful doctor. Incredibly rude.

Dr is fine, but the front desk is totally incompetent. You have to call 100000 times just to get your prescription refilled. They say "okay I'll let the Doctor know" and thats it...then you call back and you get attitude. I have tried emailing the Doctor and also filling out the form on their website but I am still out of my medication and have been calling for a week. DO NOT go here if you have any medication that you absolutely need...because you WILL NOT get it.

Dr. Zelenska is very patient and understanding about your concerns and issues. She has been a great doctor to me.

Dr. Zelenska is the best Dr I know. She takes time to speak with you about your concerns. She is caring, sympathetic and compassionate. She cares for my whole family. We’ve come to trust her with our health and she is very knowledgeable and supportive.

front desk and nurse are awful. Doctor is good and if it wouldn't for her, I will never go to that office. Office stuff are disgusting. They can scream at you, hang out the phone on you, talk to you like you are nobody. If you need Rx refill, you will be calling them 1000 times and front will tell you that they do not have time on you and still do not refill your RX. Do not smile, very RUDE. And not to say that front desk person and the nurse are mother and daughter.

Love seeing Dr. Zelenska easy to make appointments not a long wait time and she listens to everything you have to say and is very knowledgeable in the latest medicines.

Doctor Zelenska is absolutely wonderful! I have been going to her for a few years now and truly know I am in good hands every time I walk through the doors! She announced in the middle of a hallway that I shouldn’t be on a certain prescription for my mental health because of how I was acting. I was “acting” like a patient who was told that the doctor did a random test on her that wasn’t authorized. I did not yell. I simply stated sternly that I could not trust her as a doctor and I was leaving. I was “acting” like a patient who was told I HAD to come in to get my results as if it was serious when in fact it was low vitamins and a follow up test.

Terrible experiences here. I went in for a physical and the doctor insisted on drawing blood, which was not required by my place of employment. They found that I had a vitamin deficiency so I had to go back for four consecutive weeks to get shots. On the third visit I was given a bill for close to $400, even though I had been paying my copays. Long story short, the receptionist knew that I was out of network because she spoke with BC/BS, who informed her of this, but she didn't tell me this information. It's an insurance nightmare for me right now. The staff is incredibly unprofessional. I could hear them talking openly about patients behind their open window, not very friendly, seemed inexperienced, couldn't answer my questions about billing, etc. The nurse even told me the details of how she was drunk and cracked her forehead open on a brick wall. Overall, I felt dirty after leaving the place, it felt unsanitary, and it was so trashy. I will never go back. Not to mention, the bill had some hand written parts on it. I think the problem is not really the doctor, who in all fairness does spend a whole lot of time with you but maybe 1. This broken healthcare industry in which pharmaceutical companies shove new prescriptions down the doctors throats to get them to prescribe it to patients while claiming they will cure just about any ailment and really an inability of patients to understand that there is bi solution for their problem. Patients come in and expect the doctor to help them with a common cold virus. They don't want to hear that it will go away on its own in 10 days. They want a magic pill. The doctor is forced to give something.. anything..if not, it's a bad doctor that didn't help you with your issue. 2. I don't think it's really fair to condemn a doctor because if inability and failure of their staff. In no way does it fairly describe the doctor herself. Lastly, I really, really think she tries her best to give all that she can to her patients. When my previous family physician retired, she referred me to Dr. Zelenska. Leery of the tedious trial and error process that typically goes with finding a new doctor who would best fit my needs, I decided to take her advice first. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was more than pleasantly surprised. After filling out the insurance and medical history forms, the nurse immediately took me to an exam room where I only had to wait about ten minutes to be seen. I found Dr. Zelenska to be very kind, empathetic to my needs and extremely intelligent in many areas of medicine. She answered every one of my questions concerning my existing symptoms and conditions in masterly detail. A doctor doesn't receive Board Certified status by just showing up for work and it was obvious with her. The receptionist and nurse were professional, very personable and actually had a sense of humor. No one really enjoys having to go to any doctor, but I can honestly say that no matter the reason for the visit, I've never left there without a smile on my face. The reception area and exam rooms were clean and neat and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. By following my previous doctor's direction, I'm convinced that I have hit the Primary Care Physician "jackpot". Since that very first appointment, over ten years ago, we have made significant progress together and my overall health has improved significantly. I have three daughters (now over the age of twenty) who have recently moved out of the area, however, they continue to use Dr. Zelenska as their physician. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new doctor give Dr. Zelenska one appointment and I think you'll be glad you did. I love this Drs office. The staff is amazing. The front desk receptionist is kind and knowledgeable. The nurse is great she takes her time to get to know you talk to you and goes above and beyond to take great care of her patients. Dr Zelenska is amazing she really cares for her patients she sits and talks to you about all your reasons for visiting her and is very thorough, she doesn't rush you out of the office and makes sure you are comfortable with your treatment. Nice but Worst Dr ever! Clueless, Stay away! I would not recommend this Dr. to anyone! First off the office is extremely outdated and the staff is just as unprofessional. Soon as you go they want you copay, and they want you to keep coming back for every question just to charge you. After 4 visits in a week, she expressed to me to go to the ER because she didn't know what to do. I said to her why didn't you tell me that in the first place, she would answer me. On top of that the I was insulted by the front desk girl... I filled out a release paper for Chester County hospital to release records, after being there the day before. When I walk into the office the front desk girl said to me that they had no record of me there. I asked her to check to see if my name was spelled correctly... she proceeded to say:" well you filled out the paperwork, don't you know how to spell your our name"! People were laughing and I told her learn some respect. I wish I would have check the other reviews. One more thing...nurse always smells like a pack of cigarettes! Disgusting Nice but Worst Dr ever! Dr. Zelenska is the best doctor in West Chester area and beyond. I live in Philadelphia and put up with driving all the way to West Chester because only she helped me after I went through a circle of specialists who only collected their money. She is not only exceptional professional she is a compassionate doctor that cares about each patient as it is her only patient. Whoever entered negative feedback for this Doctor is up to no good. Do not believe them.

Dr. Zelenska is extremely unprofessional and has no idea what she is doing. All she does is write prescriptions and hopes for the best. She guesses and just keeps giving you different medicines. Don't ask questions because she doesn't like that, ok now your the Dr. What a joke!

Worst experience for my husband. Multiple visits and over 30 days could not help the Doctor to conclude anything on his problem. More and more emphasis on office visit rather then treating the patient and giving importance to patient.
