Dr. Nowinski gives my eyes the full attention that they require, whenever I need it, which is very often.

Dr. Nowinski is an amazing opthamologist in many ways. Because of an ongoing condition, I have been requiring his care for almost 20 years. He isn't always punctual, but that is only because he spends any necessary amount of time w/ each patient. That includes those like myself that must come in on an unscheduled basis, all too often. He does exceedingly well giving accurate guidance, even when it's not what I want to hear, where others have done otherwise, causing financial & medical burdens that could've been avoided. Above all else,Dr. Nowinski always shows kindness, whether you're his 1st appointment in the day or the last. The staff at Opthalmic Associates is also wonderful. They are very courteous, yet professional at the same time.
