I've called multiple times for medical records on a mutual patient for Dr Chang Urology office. Unable to reach operator, and when I hold for 20 minutes I get hung up on. Extremely unprofessional. How is this place even standing....

Great person, great doctor, who listens patiently. I never feel rushed to get out

12 visits including operation for bladder cancer 3 1/2 years ago , did come back .It was early stage .Referred by my primary Dr.

This appointment was rushed and was a waste of my time. This guy has no idea what he's doing. He doesn't fixed conditions or even makes a solid attempt to find an issue. Just treat symptoms reoccurring endlessly. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Chang is all you would want in a physician. He listens to and answers all your questions, even if they are dumb ones! Very through and reassuring. His PA , Linda, is excellent also. Highly recommended .

Possibly the best medical interaction I've ever had. Dr. Chang is courteous, thorough, professional and reassuring. He took his time and asked many questions. He also answered questions thoroughly and patiently. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate enough to call Dr. Chang's office to find that he had a cancellation in his schedule, which I quickly filled to seek a second opinion for prostrate surgery. I am fortunate that I ended up with Dr. Chang. He made both my wife and I very comfortable in dealing with prostate cancer and the surgery that turned out fantastic. You will find him to be sensitive, kind, compassionate, and caring. He called me the night before my surgery to se how I was doing and if I had any more questions (!!!). Can you believe that! This alone demonstrates the character of this fine surgeon. Can't say enough.

I have had Dr Chang caring for my fathers prostate and bladder cancer for at least 7 years. He is so knowledgeabl and explains all procedures and outcomes.He is professional and yet very personable at the same time.

Dr. Chang is a wonderful, positive and caring doctor as well as a very fine surgeon. He recently treated my father who had a long career in the medical field and is skeptical of many docs but he was able to win his trust and confidence as well as perform a complex surgery with no complications.

Dr. Chang is the most amazing person in the medical field that I have ever met! He's conscientious, caring and professional! He made me feel extremely confident that I would be fine after surgery. I love this office!! They return my phone calls right away. They were able to get me in the same day for a urgent appointment. Great staff & great doctors. Parking is limited so make sure you arrive early

Dr. Theodore Chang is wonderful! Very thorough, wonderful bedside manner, a great Dr. Having moved out of area and having to find new Dr, but wanted to let everyone know what great care he took of me when I had kidney cancer.

Referred for surgery from local urologist. Exceptional physician
