Dr. Theresa Ann Donati

During my fist visit with Dr. Donati, I immediately felt comfortable with her personality and demeanor. I was looking for some one that I could relate to and trust to provide quality care with kindness and understanding.

This woman is rude, rushed, pompous and condescending. She is also incompetent and unprofessional, talking down her colleagues, while talking down to patients. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor!

Dr Donati takes time to listen attentively. We then work to find the best solution to my problem by examining and discussing every option. She makes me feel that I'm in the decision-making process and my opinion really counts.

Thank you for the great medical treatment. I am taking all your advice and working on resuming a healthy lifestyle. I came into your office for a blood pressure issue and have realized that there is much I need to do to live a long and healthy life. I will require some changes, but the alternative is grim. Thanks again for the eye opening!!!!

This was the first time I saw Dr. Donati. My usual physician was unavailable. Theresa took control of a very serious condition and arranged for me to get the care I needed ASAP. MY post-hospital visit was informative and encouraging. I felt I left with all the information going forward to regain my health. I would certainly recommend her to any patient!

Dr. Donati is always patient. She is a very good listener and is compassionate in her care. She is excellent about communication through the patient portal. She is comprehensive when considering my health issues.

Dr. Donati has been very available, even on short notice. She demonstrates interest in the overall health of her patients in addition to the specific medical need of the moment. She is an active listener and responds with appropriate medical treatments.

I've been going to Dr. Donati for many, many years now. She has always taken my health concerns seriously, even minor ones. She listens and takes additional action on my behalf when necessary. Dr. Donati and her team at New West Physicians are very responsive to my healthcare requests. I can't imagine going to anyone else for my primary care.

Dr Donati is terrific and she always takes the time to listen and provides care in a very caring personal way. I am her patient because she took the time to help me with a difficult medical condition 5 years ago and through this she spent the time needed to help me and care for me. I would recommend her to anyone. She's terrific.

Dr Donati did not comprehend the situation and gave me illogical and senseless strategies to pursue. She told me I needed many unnecessary exams which had nothing to do with the issue at hand. Waste of time and money.

Dr. Donati has concisitantly been one of the worst doctors I've had the misfortune to see. She has very little bedside manor, and was unable to answer simple questions about basic diagnostic tests (or the disease itself). She has recommended drastic and overkill treatment. I DO NOT recommend her as your PCP.

Terrible. Each time I speak to someone in the office, I get a different answer. Dr. Donati comes up with a new excuse every week why she is delaying my MRI. She has never gotten back to me within a reasonable amount of time if follow-up is necessary. I wouldn't expect to hear back from her in less than 2 weeks for anything!!! She is an internist and seems completely over her head when it comes to orthopedics or even referring a patient properly.

A pleasant woman, lacking a great deal of confidence in her treatments. 1st time I went to her, 5+ yrs ago, she diagnosed me properly with vertigo. But ever since, during each annual physical, felt rushed & she's unable to adequately answer my questions. I have to look up answers myself. 2-yrs ago I got very ill. For 2 months she repeatedly prescribed antibiotics. No tests. I sent myself to Natl Jewish, & promptly diagnosed w/sinus infection & gerd. Felt she should've been able to diagnose that.

Dr. Donati is a very caring and understanding doctor. She is not only professional, but she listens to the patient. I have never felt uncomfortable talking to Dr. Donati about any of my symptoms.

I am now 56 yrs young and have seen my fair share of health care providers. Dr. Donati is far and away the most highly skilled, not to mention 'down to earth', Physician who has ever treated me. She always takes the time to listen, then follows with questions of her own, just to make sure she's 'hearing' me, before rendering a diagnosis. And she's been right every time! It's not unlike her to follow up with a phone call (even after hours!) to see how I'm doing. An exceptional Dr. AND person

Dr Donati shows she cares about her patients and will work with the patient to find the answer to the problem. She is friendly and straight to the point. I would recommend her to my family or friends.

Very cold, egotistical person. Needs to learn people skills or at least try to care about a patient's problem. Would never see her again or recommend.
