She is the best doctor ever really cares about her patience

I was seeing Dr Stroot as my primary care doctor at an office that was 15 minutes from my home and was very happy with her care. She moved to an office that was 60 minutes away. Because of the longer drive I tried a couple of other doctors that were closer. Neither of them were as thorough or as easy to talk to as Dr Stroot. So I decided the longer drive is worth it. She also has a sense of humor the others didn't have. I would recommend her. Also medical assistant Kara is excellent. She is always friendly and engaging and is very good at her job.

Dr. Stroot is amazing. She has not rushed through any appointments that I have had with her. She’s been very thorough and patient. She stays on top of things, and you will not have to wait for ages for a PA to get to your insurance or a referral to be sent to a specialist. My children have been seeing Dr. Stroot for about 2 years now and we love her! We have moved out of state and will no longer be going to this office, but Dr. Stroot and the staff have been wonderful. We will really miss this office

Dr. Stroot and her staff are very efficient. They are always willing to answer questions I have concerning the care of my parents. I highly recommend Dr. Stroot and her staff if you are looking for a doctor that cares.

I still like Dr Stroot but getting an RX refill has become painful and often takes weeks to get correct. I send refills (as requested) from my online Pharm. They get denied because she wants an appointment. Granted I make an appointment anytime I'm asked to and ALWAYS attend. But, still she denies refills until they call and I immediately schedule the appointment for her next available time. Then she approves the request but sends it to the WRONG mail-in pharm. I'll almost certainly run out of some of my meds before my scheduled appointment and certainly before this issue is corrected and the meds have time to arrive. So, don't blame me when the numbers are not what she wants them to be. SMH. This would be bad enough as a one time thing but since they upgraded their computer about 18 ago this has been just about every 3 months. :( Looking for a new doctor now sadly.

Best I’ve had. Thorough and talks with me, not at me. Listens well and includes me in my care.

Might be a great Dr but I will never find out. Called to make an appointment and the lady answering the phone was just plain rude.

I'm a healthcare professional, and I deal daily with physicians and there offices, very disappointed in this staff and office. If you need anything but basic care I would NOT go to this office. NO follow thru on critical labs, and issues and the PA is only available a couple days a week. Office manager, when confronted about issues, offered nothing but excuses for the poor care. Dr. Theresa Stroot and staff always provide me with the best Medical Care. I suffer with Asthma and other ailments and as long as I have been under Dr. Stroots care I am always assured that she can give me the care I need. So I just want to say to her Thank You very Much Dr. Stroot.

I love having Dr. Stroot as my family Doctor.

She's serious and knows her stuff, and her knowledge and experience really shines through. She's funny and lighthearted when appropriate and really puts her patients at ease.

Dr. Stroot has been caring for myself and my three kids for several years and I have stayed with her for many years because she has ALWAYS taken time with us to listen to us. She makes sure that I am as much a part of my treatment as she is. She has taken time to learn about our rare genetic disorder. She is open and honest with all of us and would gladly follow her practice anywhere!

She listens, she caring, knowledgeable, I have recommended her to everyone I know.
