Dr. Abernathy is the best. He very professional and very personable. He cares about his patients'well- being. He speaks in layman terms when talking about gastronomic issues. His staff is superb too.

Dr. Abernathy and his staff (Jasmine and nurses) at the Geipe Road location are wonderful, professional and caring! Dr. Abernathy and his staff recently worked with me to accommodate my concerns in an expedited fashion. Dr. Abernathy literally saved my life 10 years ago, after failed procedures by his counterparts. I thank God for him! I see him for every follow-up as recommended and he continues to take his time to answer questions, concerns and call backs. Dr. Abernathy is highly recommended!!! Dr Naryan did a damage to my esophagus while he did endoscopy - which i didn't need to have. i'm suffering from pain since then. All he care about is money - not the patient health

Very difficult to get appointment. Have been trying for 2 months after having my procedures on Oct. 15 and still can't get in to see original dr. Made appointment with another doctor after 2 months and now I cannot cancel because they were not open at 8:00am and have been waiting now 5 minutes since they opened 8:05am instead. Tried cancelling Friday but once again no answer for some reason, I am not calling after work or their lunch hour, just very difficult to reach the office. Even more difficult to get appointment with dr who does your proceure. Really thinking I need a new doctor since I can never reach this one. Back in early November I was told nothing through end of December and early January and now they say nothing till end of March. What???? Don't even bother, not worth it. My questions will never be answered, even tried calling secretary for that specific doctor (Dr. Narohon) wrong spelling but good doctor just not staff. Very difficult to get appointment. Dr. Joy is a great doctor. But I’ve had 2 bad experiences with her office. They send me multiple confirmation emails and confirmation texts throughout the week, then they blow up my phone with 4 missed calls and no voice messages while I’m at work, they even sent me a confirmation text the day of the appointment; then I go into the office and they tell me my appointment is cancelled. They were apparently calling to tell me they needed to reschedule my appointment, but they immediately afterward sent me an email asking me to confirm my appointment online, which I did. I wouldn’t have bothered posting a negative review except that the secretary didn’t once say “Sorry we cancelled your appointment that you’ve been waiting 2 months for and took personal time off of work for.” She just looked at me like it was my fault because she called and I didn’t answer. She said she left a voicemail, but I have no voicemail from them. Just say the word sorry. Dr. Joy is a great doctor. But I’ve had 2 bad experiences with her office. I love all the nurses here everyone from the front to the back is so welcoming and helpful!

Process to get scheduled was a bit slow, but otherwise a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Facility bright and clean. Check-in completed on iPad-like device. Quick and easy!!

I am a patient of Dr. Alex and I'm a huge fan. After going through 3 other GI doctors I was lucky and found Dr. Alex. He is extremely personable, takes as much time as you need, answers any and all questions, and he calls and speaks directly to his patients instead of having the nurses call. The staff isn't the most responsive and I tend to have to call and leave messages a few times before I get a response. However, this office has been really helpful and I recommend Dr. Alex 100%!
