Dr. Thomas V Chmelicek

Patient who was 82 years old came in following a fall and had a head laceration with possible head injury. Dr C advised he go to the hospital but never offered to call an ambulance or his family. Dr C walked patient out the front door and watched him drove away. Very unsafe urgent care practice and clearly did not have the patients or others best interest in mind.

Dr C. is very personable. He listens and he remebers us when we go in. Unfortunitly he is not at the urgent care as much and that is missed.

This place is a real gem, have been there many times and the staff is great, Doctors great, and best of all you don't need a appointment and they get you right in!!
