First time visiting. The staff was awesome and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Gross has always taken the time he needs with his patients. He listens. Doesn't judge and I feel comfortable when I'm scheduled to see him.

Dr. Gross is very professional, as well as all the staff. They are very caring, and will listen to any concerns. Dr. Gross is very down to earth, and takes a no-nonsense approach with his patients.

Dr. Thomas Gross is amazing! He has been my doctor for years. I am very appreciative to him and the staff. I have always felt comfortable and listened to when discussing my health. I highly suggest Dr. Thomas Gross as a primary care doctor.

Dr. Gross is excellent at diagnosing his patient's issues. He is a no-nonsense doctor who cares about his patients. Dr. Gross has been my physician for the past 21 years. I hope to continue as his patient for many years to come. Thank you Dr. Gross for keeping me and my family healthy.

I went to Dr. Gross for my FAA Medical Exam. This is my 2nd exam with him at LNMG. Dr. Gross is a pilot and very cool dude! Fly on Dr. Gross! See you in two years.

Dr. Gross has been my and my late husbands doctor for so many years now. He is one of the friendliest doctors I have. He never rushes you and listens to your concerns. The biggest thing for me is I lost my husband 15 months ago. He called me to check on me. When I went into the office after losing my husband, he talked to me and you can tell he was concerned about me and what I was going thru. I am very grateful for Dr. Gross. I've had a wonderful experience with this primary care doctor. Before coming to see him my primary care doctor was part of the novant health care system. While I had that doctor I had to wait months to be seen the first visit and weeks to hear back from her there after. Needless to say I decided to look elsewhere for care and found Doctor Gross. I called to become a new patient and was able to have my first visit less than a day later. The office was very clean, and the care was top notch. I highly recommend to anyone who feels that they aren't getting the quality of care from one of the larger healthcare offices in the area. Dr. Gross has been my primary physician for many years, and I am very fortunate to have such a patient, compassionate , knowledgable, dependable and professional doctor as he is. My husband and I have the highest praise for him as a person and a doctor. I have seen the other doctors in the practice and have had excellent and very professional care with them. I have never waited more than 15 minutes in the comfortable, spacious waiting room. The nurses and office staff are excellent! Everyone is always prompt, knowledgeable and very friendly. Fantastic people all around, was there for minor work up, I was out of the in less than 15 minute total time with wait, less than an hour. Thank you Dr. Gross, consummate Doctor and person.
