Dr. Thomas Andrew Honaker

I spent over 2 weeks trying to contact this office trying to get an appointment with no answer or return call leaving me with a painful tooth following a dental emergency. They apparently have been closed, leaving no information for patients on their voicemail, no answering service, and no practitioner or staff covering their office. They finally called me back after I was forced to make an appointment with another provider. Dr. Honaker has lost my business and that of my two kids. You can’t leave patients without care for two+ weeks with no notice or at least instructions for emergent care on your voicemail or letting us know when you’ll open back up. Completely unprofessional and dismissive of your loyal patients.

Dr. Honaker and Dr. Cline are the best dentists in Mercer County by far. So compassionate and they really care

Requires a "pre-check" for cleanings resulting in two bills and two appointments. Pre-check consisted of x-rays and a one minute visit with the dentist. Unprofessional staff. Ceiling in waiting room has a significant leak. Stair railing came apart under pressure. Poor value. Would not recommend.

Do NOT go to this dentist office! Dr. Honaker is working at the VA and has a horrible fill in dentist. Even his long time clients are being put off and the people needing extreme dental care can not get it. I have suffered for months trying to get one tooth fixed and he is taking on new clients?? Our whole family went there and in the past 5 years the office has slowly declined. Again, find someone else or you will regret it! I only gave it a one star rate as it would not let me post if I didn't
