He's the best.
Vicki needs to go. They made an appointment with me in 2019. I have updated my profile many times. She now says they tried to call the day before 12-11-2020 on a phone number I have not had for over ten years. Never tried my cell number, that we all live on today. Now itâs 75 dollars for me as a no show, in the middle of covid. Time for a new primary care, especially seeing how they made me wait for an MRI till in their words ânothing we can do, you need surgeryâ. I would never recommend dalton medical. BMC(BHS) should have nothing to do with this office.
Dr Vaughan is an arrogant jerk who is much more interested in his billing than his patients. He could barely manage to even pretend to care about my 70 year old mother, despite having been referred to him by her other doctor. (The other doctor is a specialist who referred us back to our primary for follow up) He literally shrugged his shoulders at us when we explained why we were there, and got annoyed with her because of her dementia. Seriously, what a jerk!
Dr. Vaughan has always been very thorough every visit and his staff has only provided exceptional service. They have been extremely flexible to adjust when needed to my hectic work schedule. I have been seeing Dr. Vaughan for several years now always leave feeling very impressed with the amount of time he takes to explain conditions, review CT/MRI/Xrays, and to listen and offer his professional opinion. Exceptional Service!
He should retire! He doesn’t see patients and has the nurses see and diagnose patients . Awful! Especially for the elderly!

Dr. Vaughan is an exceptional PCP. He is patient, thorough and understanding. He embodies what I find essential in a primary care Doctor. My only critique is with his office staff. I've been a patient of the office for decades, yet they are not particularly friendly or courteous. They're often indifferent and condescending.
