He's a delightful man who listens to his patients, works with them rather than for them, and he tries to understand the patient's perspective when working with them. On top of that, his knowledge of psychiatric disorders is well versed and thorough, yet he doesn't act like he knows everything either. His experience with child and adolescent psychiatry definitely shows by his stellar ability to manage their care and provide excellent long-term treatment.
