I would never go there again he is horrible he didn't numb my tooth all the way he just pulled it and forced it out I was crying when I left for 2 hours

Went to Dr. Fei to get a tooth pulled other then the nurses being nice the experience with Dr Fei was horrible. Not only did he try to pressure me into getting something done that I didn’t want which was a root canal. I had to endure a little over an hour with him poking and prodding and pulling my tooth out. It felt like he was trying to break the tooth while it was still in my mouth. Now I have splinters cutting thru my gum and when I got a dry socket he wouldn’t even look at it. Dr Fei's work is efficient and precise; a dentist of high professional calibre.

He was quick and knowledgeable. Didn’t have to wait very long. Very professional and understanding even with all of covid he practice good social distancing. I definitely recommend him.

One of the best dentistry's I've been too. I was in got everything checked out and finished in no time. The place is very clean, and he takes great precaution in preventing any possible spread of any bacteria/viruses.

Dr Fei is the best dentist on the eastern shore. I would recommend him to anyone that asks. The staff is amazing. Very professional and very nice ladies

I was in horrible pain with my wisdom tooth coming in on the right side and the one on the left came in sideways. The dr and staff were amazing and fit me in right away! He pulled the teeth without much pain at all.

This morning I went to Dr. Fei’s office for the first time. One of my front teeth was chipped in half and I wasn’t sure what He could do about it, but their team came up with a solution immediately and that tooth looked better than ever within 45 minutes. I have been to a lot of dentists in my life but this one, sitting in a small town in Virginia is definitely top notch. Not to mention they were under a lot of pressure today and had quite a number of patients to take care of. They work very well under pressure as a team, even when they are shorthanded, so if you care about your smile and your dental health you will call And schedule an appointment with Dr. Tian Fei. Dingy office with outdated equiptment. I had an unfortunate incident here that Dr. Fei created and then "tried" multiple times to fix. Not only did he blame his mistake on me, he apologized to my face and went in a room behind me and ranted to a staff member that he was "stuck" fixing a problem that "isn't [his] fault." I spent time and money going back to have this mistake fixed, not to mention missing time from work just to be left with an unsightly botched procedure that made me not even want to open my mouth. I called Morrison Dental Group on Chincoteague Island and they fixed the problem in under an hour with no needles or new procedures. This guy's work was so bad that it was considered an "emergency" with my insurance provider. Seriously, spend the money and time traveling to a better dentist instead of giving it to someone who doesn't value it. Dingy office with outdated equiptment. Staff and dentist were amazing.

My wife was having extreme pain on one of her molers on a Wednesday night at 3 am. Seeing my wife cry like that I knew she was in pain. Well sadly I took her to Atlantic Community Health Center first and they picked and pryed for about 3 hours and told her it was a wisdom tooth and they fractured her bone in three spots and broke part of the tooth off and sent her home with antibiotics and pain killers and said she would hve to go to an oral surgeon. Well after picking her up and seeing her still in extreme pain I know I couldn’t wait till January to get her in to an oral surgeon so I went to Dr Fei office and he was outside and I asked if he could please just take a look at my wife’s tooth and see if he can pull it, he said sure bring her right in, so we went in he took an x ray and said that it Infact was not a wisdom tooth it’s was a moler and he went in and numbed her mouth and moved to the next room and within 3 mins he had that tooth out. Please whatever you do avoid going to Atlantic and go straight to Dr Fei. He is the man for sure. My wife is no longer in pain. This dentist is aweful pulled 7 teeth left part of a tooth and broke bone in my jowl il never go back to him had to pay out of pocket to another dentist to fixvwhat he screwed up on top of that place is not clean looks like the building needs to be condemned if you value your teeth i would never go there

He is very patient and caring . Very nice stuff .

Dentist and staff do fine work- friendly and helpful.

He is very knowledgeable and know exactly what he was doing , and he is very fast . The level of care is excellent.

I haven't been but both my daughters have always friendly and helpful fit my daughter that wasn't a regular patient in the same day I called

I have been coming to Dr. Fei and his team for 16 years . I am always satisfied with the care given there . A wonderful office with nice stuff !

I have been a patient for over 15 years. Wonderful Dentist. Dr. Fei is very gentle and explains everything he is doing. I would recommend him for all your dental needs. I have a bridge the needed repair and my insurance would only pay 1/2 of the cost. Dr. Fei worked with me so I could get it and worked with my budget. The bridge looks natural and feels great. Dr Fei is the best. He is very gentle and always makes procedures painless. He makes me feel very much at ease. Dr Fei is very, professional, thorough and competent.
