Stay away!! His office staff are nice but have no clue what they’re doing. He’s not a competent primary care physician. He’s an ER type of doctor so he treats you and streets you. No follow up except to come back to get your lab results. This is just to charge for a second visit. And next time you’re in, take a look at your chart. It’s antiquated and all hand written. If you like doctors and treatment from the last century, you’ll love this doctor.

Dr. Coen will now be my doctor even if I have to drive a distance. Knowledgeable, listened and responded, took time, didn't make me wait a long time, friendly, caring, prescribed what was just right. I was seen the same day I needed an appointment. Follow-up the next day and the prescription had worked wonderfully. Price was right as well. I felt like saying, "where've you been all my life!?"

He has been my Doctor for years. Very easy to talk to. Easy to get into to see. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a Doctor.

I've been seeing him for years as a pilot and patient. Wish all service providers were like him and his staff. Friendly, professional and prompt. A great asset to the community!

Dr. Coen treats each person with respect. He listens to each patient, evaluates, then offers his opinion. He sometimes uses tests for further evaluation if he deems it necessary. He is intelligent, but also has a great deal of intuition. Four of my family members have seen him at various times and have been pleased with the results of the consultations. He has been my primary physician for many years and I trust him.

was going to Dr Coen while back, then followed on to other w/ insurance Company, didn't work out, hurried back and relieved to be with Dr. Tim Coen again. Hope when he retires he'll find someone as good to take over.

nice and down to earth

Dr Coen is the quintessential family doctor practicing in a small town, Fallbrook. We are lucky to have him. I needed stitches in my head at 5pm on a Friday and walked in seeking assistance. 17 minutes later I was stitched up walking out. Try that in San Diego or Los Angeles; more like four hours...

his staff is so un professional! they will charge you for Dr. to give you your test results. They tell you they need to make some money some how.. Never going back!! stay away

He seemed very professional and took enough time to listen carefully. Tests ordered seemed appropriate. Entire staff was courteous and the office was much nicer inside than out. Dr Coen provided advice that worked well for me.

This is the first time I went to see Dr. Coen. I called the same day, a couple of hours before closing, and they said I could come in immediately as a walk-in. I expected a long wait, but was called back within 10 minutes. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I felt very comfortable with Dr Coen, and afterwards even went online to my CIGNA health insurance's site and made him my primary doctor. He spoke intelligently, listened well and was very cordial. I'm very happy to have found them

Dr. Coen tells you exactly how it is and is very knowledgeable and professional. He saved my mother's life. We didn't know she was having a heart attack and he did everything possible to help her. I will be forever thankful.
