This physician is professional and patient. He took his time to explain with specificity the nation my illness and treatment options. I cannot express enough superlatives to describe how well I was treated by Dr. Connolly and his staff. I have recommended him to other family members without hesitation.

When a physician sends his own family to see a colleague, it is the biggest vote of confidence. I've seen him take care of his patients better than any physician I've known, which is why I recommended him to see my wife. He is brilliant, and has an insight into pathology that is rarely seen in other physicians.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tim Connolly for the past 5 years. I came to Dr. Connolly because I was having severe breathing issues. He always took the time to listen to my concerns without me ever feeling rushed. He not only listened but perfected in finding the combination of medication that helped alleviate my breathing issues. When I was diagnosed with a lung condition over 2 years ago, it was naturally a very unsettling time in our lives. Choosing Dr Connolly as my Pulmonologist was the best decision we made. Under his care, I not only received the best plan of care and treatment, but also the feeling of comfort and assurance that we were in the right place. I would give Dr Connolly 10 stars if allowed. I have never met a specialist in any medical area with the level of knowledge he has in pulmonology. You will be truly amazed with his excellent bedside manner and ability to describe clinical results and symptoms on a level anyone can easily understand. As an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner student, I had the pleasure of following Dr Tim Connolly for my Spring Acute Care Clinicals rotation. It was an absolutely Fantastic experience. Not only is Dr. Connolly's Medical knowledge current on general pulmonary and critical care protocols, but he is also well versed in new, cutting edge techniques and procedures that will be tomorrows medical mainstays. His bedside manner and his interactions with the medical , nursing and clinical staff are impeccable. Each day was a new adventure and although I was exhausted by the end of my shift, I could not wait to return to see what challenges we would face as well as witness Dr Connolly's medical wisdom as he treated patients and aided in their healing process medically, physically, emotionally and psychologically. I recently visited Dr. Connolly and cannot say enough good things about my experience. The staff was nice, the appointment was on time and Dr. Connolly was very down to earth. So, I want a doctor that is highly intelligent and that can explain my medical issues to me in a way that I can understand. Dr. Connolly checks both boxes. Office staff were like tyrants, how's a person with Lung cancer supposed to get treated?

This guy and his staff said I couldn't be treated without a booster. I guess cancer is less important than a vaccine that lasts a few months and doesn't keep me from getting or spreading COVID. Thanks for nothing.

I made an appointment for my husband to see Dr. Connolly for a persistent cough and he said the doctor was amazing! YES they require covid vaccinations and boosters because they are dealing with the lungs and have to protect other patients and staff!! He gave me a rectal exam. After getting secondary and tertiary opinions neither could fathom why it would be necessary for heart palpitations. I'm in my early twenties.

Made me feel very uncomfortable when he asked me to get naked. And I didn't understand why he had to look and touch my back side.

Dr. Connolly is a very good Doctor. I am just very disappointed in the scheduling process to see him. It has been a while since I have been to see him so I tried to make an appointment. The scheduling person said the soonest they couldn't see at least until December. She said I would have to be handled as a new patient since it has been so long and the 1st new patient appointment was in 2 months. That is just ridiculous it would take that long to get an appointment. The sad thing is there are plenty of time slots open for patients who have seen him more recently that me. If I had to squeeze in between several patients in order to get all the testing done, I would have not issues. All I want to say is by the second time I visited Dr. Connolly, we parted ways; I refused to ever let a doctor speak to me like he was scolding and had all the authority to basically fire me as a patient. Well Dr. Connolly that Certified mail letter was late because during our conversation I had already told you I would no longer see you as my Pulmonary doctor. In fact, I told him Do you Really think or Believe you are the Only Pulmonary Doctor in Houston. Keep believing your medical assistant and office manager and let them run off more of your patients and we will see how long you stay in practice treating me the way you did. Wonderful doctor. He was very personable and helpful. The problem is with his office. I have tried to contact the person in his office to help with my equipment. After 10 days, 10 calls , I have still not received a return call. I have now left 2 messages at the appointment desk. It is the same. Leave your number and they will call you back. It hasn’t happened. How are you expected to make an appointment?

He worked tirelessly with my husband in ICU to wean him from the vent...always encouraging and positive....always honest and factual about the status of his condition and what it would take to accomplish this...how much work it would take. He was a Godsend.

He's probably a good dr. But the flow of information is horrible. It been 4 days and I still don't have a copy of my report. Grated it is a holiday weekend but it could have been posted 4 days ago. I still don't have a copy and I would like to show it to 2 different doctors. Maybe generating cash flow is more important than my health!!

I went to Dr. Connolly first for sleep problems and I liked him very much-he helped me a lot. Then when my regular doctor left to be head of Critical Care Pulmonary at St. Luke's Hospital I started going to Dr. Connolly. I think he is an excellent doctor-very well qualified and one of the best pulmonary doctors I have ever had. The only problem is his nurse who is horrible about returning your calls! A doctor of this quality certainly deserves someone better that the he has. Her name is Tony.

I was very impressed when I met with him in his office. Little doubt he is highly skilled. He outlined a plan for treatment when I had another bad flare. When that day came he would not talk with me or see me at the hospital. His office lied saying they could not direct admit. Manager of Methodist ER said that was not true. I am very ill as I write this from my bed at home. They basically let me be dumped on a horrible floor in Methodist & I left. He won't be there for you when you need him.

Great doctor. Very informative! Easy to understand. Sweet guy too!

The Staff has been extremely poor in returning phone calls. It seems there is only one way to get through to the Dr. Office and it's through a lazy staff member who continues to make mistakes, she has even called her own vendor / supply provide liars. They have not return phone calls, ordered a lung scan a month early, would not re-order a smaller sleep mask, after many requests. The next step is to notify medicare for the lack of service . I'm sure Dr. is unaware of the situation.
