Dr. Timothy E Heckard

He refused to prescribe me meds for my ADHD, talking about how some ppl choose to abuse them. That has nothing to do with me bcuz I actually have ADHD!!!

Insultive, pompous and disagreeable - not a nice man.

I moved here from another town where I had an excellent doctor , Dr Sarah hunt ,that took up to an hour with the her patients, did our own vitals goes through each medication you are taking and makes sure they are doing good, checks refills, medication reviews and was very thorough on everything that she did and then I move to rushville and got dr.heckard for my doctor and I've seen him 3 times and he comes in for maybe 4 minutes and then wants to send me to the hospital every single time !

We went to Dr. Heckard yesterday afternoon for the first time as we're new to the area and my husband hadn't been to see a doctor in awhile. Dr. Heckard took his time and asked lots of questions. I will be making an appointment with Dr. Heckard to be my primary care doctor in Rushville. The office staff and nurses are very friendly and helpful, also. I highly recommend Dr. Heckard to anyone needing to see a doctor.
