Dr. Timothy Horsky was ,before all else a great emphatic Human Being.Not only does he take as long as needed examining a Patient,but he does take into consideration the symptoms described by the patients,and based on his extremely extent amount of knowledge he will guide the patient thru a series of changes that can and will improve patients Quality of life. if a Specific exam is needed,or surgery needs done.he will only leave the room after explaining the pros and Cons of everything related to what will happen.
