My daughter's father wanted zero to do with the pregnancy so it was helpful to me to have a doctor who showed me that he's Professional, attentive, friendly, nurturing, passionate, knowledgeable and much more that Dr. Kennedy was.... ***CHOOSE A DIFFERENT OB*** He will say whatever he needs to say to push you to do what he wants you to do. After telling my wife that he would support what she wanted, he proceeded to basically tell my wife that she needed to undergo a C section. After being in labor for a few hours and not progressing much he told her “if you don’t have the C section tonight I’ll be seeing you tomorrow morning to do it anyway”. Also, when my wife inquired about getting her tubes tied he told her “most women don’t do that because what if your baby were to die”. These were just a couple examples of how this guy conducts himself. I was away at a training out of state and could not be there for my wife’s labor or delivery. After being in the room for a couple of his visits, the nurses present told my wife that they wanted to be in there for any future interactions with him. Extremely unprofessional. I’m guessing he wouldn’t have said what he saying had I been present, but there’s bo telling.

He is amazing. He is very gentle and kind. Always made me feel comfortable with everything he says and does. He also delivered my beautiful daughter.

Doesn't listen to any of my concerns, refused to consider any other kind of birth control other than the pill no matter what I said. Spends about 2 minutes with me at each appointment. Not good.

Very pAinful almost sadistic when he pulled on skin. Also nurse did not call back for directions.

Love Dr. Kennedy. Delivered both my kids, being high risk he made sure i was taken care of and that both my babies were safe and healthy. He answers all your questions honestly. Definitely will keep this dr.

If I could give a 1000 stars I most definitely would! Dr. Kennedy is a very amazing OBGYN. I am new to WA and have been referred to numerous ones, but as soon as I came across him- I knew he was the one! He’s very kind, friendly, patient, caring confident, and most importantly— knowledgeable and empathetic. I appreciate how Dr. Kennedy is a really good listener/communicator. On the day of my surgery, I was a very very difficult patient (I’m lying! I was likely the most annoying patient) but he sat patiently and allowed me to do the talking to reveal the answers he was looking for, hear my concerns and fears. He gives me the time and need that I deserve. This type of bedside manner separates good from great. He is great and I know I am in great hands. He’s so different from other doctors I have cone across in that he is so compassionate and kind to his patients, their families and his staff. I definitely recommend him to anyone!! He’s the BEST of the best.

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Kennedy. He truly cares about my well being and you can tell he has an abundance of experience in OBGYN by the way he explains everything and in a way you can understand. He has handled two pregnancies, and delivered both of my babies, which were C Sections, and both times went amazingly smooth and he made me feel safe and in good hands. He's non judgmental, and sticks to the facts, so if he recommends a treatment and I ignore him, there's no lecture, he just goes into what the next courses of action will now be. My 6th pregnancy ended around 10 weeks because my fetus lost its heartbeat, and I had to have it removed. He sat through my sobs and waited patiently to answer my questions after I could get them out. I've taken my youngest son (2) to my appointments when I had to, and he treated him great, even acted like he was happy to see him. I couldn't say greater things about him! I wish he was a general practice doctor and not just an OBGYN.

Awful. He has an ego that trumps patient care. Don't bring your child to your appointment. He'll make it clear as day that he wasn't happy you brought them and isn't very kind to them. Stay clear of this "doctor"

Were spouse to leave the hospital in the morning after our 24 hours of having a baby, still isn't here at 5:15 PM just waiting on him for a discharge????

He is amazing.

Great doctor with great bedside manner. Took the time to answer all my questions and completely explain everything. Very good guy that seems to genuinely cares about his patients.

He was great when I had my emergency cesection and is now my Dr for this baby. He's very understanding and non judgemental.

I have had 3 children with Dr Kennedy as my doctor. All three were c sections. I first want to say, he is a wonderful dr. He has an amazing way about him and a calmness that has you feeling totally safe, informed and in absolutely the right hands no matter what may come up. I can say from first hand experience that if he is your doc, you are in the right hands. Dr Kennedy noticed something during my ultrasound right before my surgery that didnt sit right. He wasn't sure, but knew that if there were problems as his gut and experienced eye suspected, I was not in a facility equipped to save me and my baby. The small chance was enough for him to send me to UW for better testing and better emergency capabilities. The hospital in spite of all thier high tech equipment shoved me off believing my doctor was wrong and just seeing things. I was sent back to deliver in my planned hospital with dr. Kennedy. HE HAD BEEN VERY RIGHT. Shortly after delivery of my son, things went very bad. That man saved my life and left my 6 kids still having a mother. I lost an unbelievable amount of blood and was in the or for a long time, but his intuition, skills and experience pulled me through preventing one of the happiest days of my families lives from being the most tragic. You just cant beat the years of experience and his natural gift for bringing life into this world. He is in the business of "birthdays" if you have a baby with dr Kennedy, you will know what I mean. I was being treated with Dr Kennedy for my second child. He was truly wonderful. My husband and I are military and had to leave the area before I had to deliver and it broke my heart. He was truly wonderful and I wish I had been able to deliver with him. Very caring, comprehensive, and really spends time with his patients. Highly recommended! Dr. Kennedy put my mind at ease early on. He was thorough in explaining my options, in language I could understand.The entire office staff is warm and compassionate. I am so glad I found Dr. Kennedy and his staff...no need to look any further!!
